I’ve used Thounda Craig as my primary IT person for well over 10 years. During that time, Thounda has demonstrated a unique combination of technical expertise, problem solving skills and dedication to a task, as well as always looking out for my company’s best long term interests.
Thounda has a deep knowledge of a wide range of IT systems, software, hardware and is remarkable in his understanding of new technologies. I cannot recall once instance when we had a technical problem that Thounda was unable to identify the problem, explain it in laymen terms and most importantly, correct the problem.
Thounda has become a key partner as we evolve our business both from a technical and marketing perspective. He would be an asset to any specific project and/or organization.
