Today after 2 months of waiting finally…
Today after 2 months of waiting finally my domain comes out of the Redemption period,when its out the agent named Abid called me to buy services and Gulraiz from the sales team assured me sir your data is secure buy again the hosting plan we will give you free domain,free ssl,free whois security,when i transfer money to them they misbehaved me and told me your data of the website is lost and give me the reason that its my fault,i literally become rude how they are doing scam bravely now i decided i am going to take a court case against these scammers when i said give me my 10490 rupees back they said it will take 4 to 5 business days may be more to return your money,i am going to sou them in the court as i am Lawyer by profession as these bad bees must be cleared from the market,they donot have any Legal license from the domain Registry provider and are doing illegal business in Pak so donot buy any service from them they will give you good service before sales but after sale they will destroy your business and viped out your data and blackmail you to pay more

There could be mishandling from our side but please never doubt on our integrity. We don't believe to earn a 'Haram' money & we can't keep a penny if it is not earned against a service. Your money was paid to you in 24hrs but as a standard SOP we convey 4-5 days as sometimes gazetted holidays or weekend come.
We cannot save website's data if a customer doesn't renew his services, it cost us. But we feel sorry that it hurts you, our apologies for that!

Great Customer Service
This is the first time I used Websouls to purchase a domain and I have to say that the whole experience was simply amazing. The thing that I really liked was the customer service, I dealt with an employee named Abid who provided me with all the details and helped me throughout the whole process. I fully recommend Websouls and five stars for Abid for great customer service
