Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the sale of your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At webuyanycar.com, our aim is to provide a fast and stress-free selling process for our customers, while offering a competitive price based on current market valuations. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt our offer didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

Unfortunately, our physical inspection revealed several problems that were not disclosed during the online valuation process. There was severe rust on the undercarriage and structural damage on both the rocker panel assemblies. In addition, the CARFAX alerted us that the vehicle was involved in multiple accidents in the past with the most recent one on 6/15/2020 in Columbus, OH.

We have to take these factors into account when we make our final offer. However, ensuring you are happy is our top priority and we're glad that we were able to reconnect with you and find a way to give you a positive customer service outcome.

Like any other reputable car buyer, we price a vehicle based on condition. No two vehicles are the same and condition plays an important role in a vehicle’s resale value. During every appointment we complete a physical appraisal of the vehicle which includes physical and mechanical checks. We’re not interested in little dents and dings but major issues that could impact the safety or resale value. If our inspection uncovers any issues, we always factor them in to our final offer.

Unfortunately, Your Hyundai had a few issues such as accident history and a recent OBD reset which negatively impacted what we could pay for the vehicle.
