I dealt with the Area Manager(Ekamba Eshiet) who was personable, professional, and very easy to deal with. THe valuation was done quickly and a small negotiation was had after the initial offer was made. Ekamba was super transparent and amenable and a deal was reached with ease. The provided voucher for Uber to get me back home was such a nice surprise. all around easy and pleasant, which is typically unexpected for auto transactions.

Our online valuation is an estimate built from the information provided by the customer, and I see in your case you described the vehicle as having no physical or mechanical issues. Like any buyer, we then carry out a basic inspection before making a firm offer: a visual check inside and out, a test drive, a vehicle history check, and a diagnostic scan. The offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle once all of that is done.
Your vehicle's Experian AutoCheck history discloses:
- Two documented accident reports
- Prior use as a rental or fleet vehicle
Our buyer's professional, in-person appraisal documented 5 physical and mechanical issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
- An illuminated check engine light
- An illuminated traction control light
- White smoke from the exhaust, assessed as requiring the engine to be replaced
Our OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed 2 active fault codes:
- P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
