Zach, the guy that came out was very informative and answered all of our questions. Plus, he had a great personality and fantastic smile. He can come back anytime and say hello when he is in the area. I would certainly work with him again if the need arises.

We had a great experience selling our car. The whole process was made quick and easy by Mylann Overall, the branch manager. A couple years ago we sold another car using them and Mylann and everything went so smooth we returned to them again.

Had a horrible experience with the branch in Elyria, OH. I completed the online evaluation of the truck I was planning to sell. The truck needs two front tires and has some rust on the rear wheel wells (common with 2016 Chevys). I disclosed that in the online form. I got an evaluation for $12,721 online. Went to the branch. Had them check out the car. The employee had to use a cellphone to take pictures and information as his I pad was “rebooting”. Waited over an hour and a half for them to come up with an evaluation of $8,800. I laughed and walked out. I’ll be going to Carvana. I highly recommend you stay FARRRR away from this company.
