Great Outcome
Ekamba (manager) and Alfred made the whole experience easy and stress free. After the evaluation of my car and the initial offer they where willing to have a meaningful negotiation. Completing the transaction was pretty…
Completing the transaction was pretty easy. But I feel like my offer was low- balled. Was given a tentative offer on first contact. Second contact brought a lower offer Because "market has changed". I was negotiating with other companies, all of which were increasing their offers. I went with you because I am disabled and you offered to come and purchase the car and I wanted this issue off my plate quickly. However, when your man looked at the car, he came back with an offer that was far less than the estimate. He said there was a large decrease because a tail light lens hads a crack. Every thing else was fine. When I objected, he came back with a better offer, which I accepted just to get it done. If I ever need to do this again, I will probably shop other sources along with you and compare offers and not be forced to take a low-ball price.
The young man who handled the transaction was very polite and did just as I expected. This response should not be, in any way, reflect on his performance.
