The sale person was knowledgeable and friendly. However we had to wait an 1hr and 15 min for our scheduled appointment to start. The whole process took about 3 hrs. I felt that the process that I was quoted and then the price I was given was way different

Donald Turned a Car Sale into a Chat with a Friend
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Donald, at WeBuyAnyCar of Greensburg, PA; we were there to sell our decrepit minivan. Donald immediately put us at our ease, offering bottled water and pleasant conversation. He was professional and clear, describing the testing processes and criteria by which the company appraises vehicles. It was actually rather fascinating. Our old rust bucket wasn't worth much--we figured that coming in. The value Donald came up with was very fair, and we felt quite satisfied with the offer as it was. He warmly thanked us for selling him our minivan--we were thinking he was the one doing us a favor by taking it off our hands! Donald is the type of guy you just know is trustworthy; a very pleasant fellow.
