Resposta da We Buy Any Car® USA - Kissimmee, FL
Hi Floyd and thanks for responding our request to rate the customer service provided by the team who helped you at our Kissimmee, FL location. We thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your Nissan Altima and apologize for not meeting your expectations on price due to the condition of the Nissan.
As you will be aware, the car was not in the condition disclosed online, and we did have to make an adjustment to take into account issues like abnormal engine noise and defective paintwork. Despite that, I am pleased to see we made you an offer you were happy to accept which left very little margin in the deal for us.
I had your local Area Manager reach out to you by phone and email so we could understand why this was not a five-star customer service experience, but we were unsuccessful in reaching you. We remain committed to addressing any and all concerns you may have and invite you to reach out to our corporate team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
We look forward to hearing from you and restoring your faith in us.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
