Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your vehicle, and for bringing it in to our Langhorne branch. A three-star rating tells us the team who looked after you there fell short of the five-star service we set out to give on every appointment, and we apologize.
Our online valuation is an estimate built on the information provided by the customer. The offer itself is set once the verified condition of the vehicle has been confirmed in a professional, in-person appraisal. That inspection identified six physical and cosmetic issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
- A damaged dashboard requiring replacement
- A cracked windshield requiring replacement
- A dent in the hood
- Scratches requiring repainting on the front bumper and both passenger-side doors
We encourage every customer to join the appraisal so they can see what we see for themselves and ask about anything that affects the number.
We have escalated your feedback to the Area Manager responsible for the team in Langhorne, who is investigating and will be reaching out to you directly. Smooth process with an appointment set. Everything was on time and Jeff did a great job explaining the process. The assessment of the car's value doesn't take that long. As expected, you never exactly get what you believe your car is worth so go in with expectations that it will be a little less than you hope.
