The whole process was made very simple. I bought in my car and was provided a quick estimate of its value. I negotiated further and was satisfied at the result. The paperwork was completed and I was done in about an hour. My salesman Craig Locata did a great job 👍

Amazing experience with Danny, he went above and beyond all my expectations! It was a pleasant experience even though I hade to sell my car that I loved but ai know the will take care of it! Also the money I got for my car, for sure top dollar!

I was impressed with the entire process.
I was impressed with the entire process. From setting an appointment to receiving the check we had a great experience. It took 2 trips for us to complete only because we did have a paperwork issue on our end not We By Any... While we were waiting for our paperwork issue to be resolved they followed up with us regularly and made me a believer that the advertisement is reality once everything was complete.

No Documentation Received
More than a week after closing the transaction, I have yet to receive digital or paper copies of the documents signed. I have followed up 4 times and get email responses with empty apologies and excuses.

You should have been handed printed copies of all of your documents at the point of sale. We understand the Branch Manager agreed to email them instead, which is not our policy. While we are happy to email a copy, you should always get a physical copy and we apologize. We have provided appropriate coaching to ensure this does not happen again.
Our automated system shows the records were sent to the email on file on 12/6, 12/7, and again on 12/11 so we are unsure why you did not receive them. It looks like you have your own email domain rather than one of the mainstream providers like Gmail.
To ensure you received your documents, we sent them via FedEx and confirmed delivery. You should have everything we promised.
We're sorry this simple administrative task stopped you from having the five-star customer service experience we promised.
