Terrie is very professional
The branch manager Terrie was professional and transparent during the assessment of my vehicle. I still think the car was worth more than I received but the branch manager was a pleasure to work with.

Great experience!…
Craig met me at the door with a big smile and handshake. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. We did the inspection together and he explained everything to me and answered every question. I did not feel that I was talking to a salesman. He was more like a friend that was helping me. I felt that the offer was a little lower than I wanted but Craig was able to get me a little closer to what I wanted. We completed the deal and Craig was very efficient in completing the paperwork and getting me my check. Overall I was very pleased with the company and especially Craig. I highly recommend both!

Good people to do business with
The price they paid was the same as the amount on the estimate I received when I entered my cars details on their site. Very professional people to deal with which made the process simple and straightforward.
