We needed to sell my mom’s car. I thought it would be a complex process but with the proper paperwork discussed during a quick call, we were in and out of the branch with a check in hand in 45 minutes. Service was fast and efficient. Great experience!

Got something and moving on...
I was disappointed with my car and the value I got for it but that was the car's value. Getting me something for it and making the process smooth and quick was important as I was pressed for time. Carmen Millan was a joy to work with and she was professional and polite.

Resposta da We Buy Any Car® USA - Reading, PA
---Update---
Hi Stephen,
Our leadership team has tried to reach out to you by phone but hasn't had any success in contacting you. I understand we shared an email back and forth but we haven't had the opportunity to meaningfully address your concerns.
Our Area Manager reviewed the appointment and it appears when the vehicle VIN was decoded during the appointment, the Chevy was equipped with the base trim level, not the LS that was reported online. That, and the service engine soon light being illuminated, negatively impacted what we could offer.
We remain committed to addressing your concerns and restoring your faith in our company. We kindly ask you return Brent's calls or email our customer experience team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Hi Stephen and thanks so much for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your Chevy S10 Pickup. We appreciate your business and are sorry our team in Reading, PA failed to deliver the gold standard of service we strive to provide. I have escalated your comments as a complaint and the local Area Manager is actively reviewing appraisal notes and photographs to ensure the appraisal was fair and accurate.
We do provide an online valuation estimate for information, but as our team should have explained on the recorded confirmation call, the offer is based on the overall condition of the vehicle. We do operate a zero-pressure policy, but if you are not happy with the price we agreed then we're not happy and it's on us to make that right.
Please expect a call over the next 24 hours to discuss the service you received in Reading. We value the opportunity to hear your pain points so we can improve our service and give you a more positive outcome.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
