Miguel was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the process and it went smoothly. The amount offered was more then fair and I was given a check within 24 hours. Other than the initial phone call, I had to do very little.

The service was outstanding! The Rep who worked with me explained the whole process, set my mind at ease and helped me understand why my car was valued where it was.
