I had a fantastic experience selling my car at the Webuyanycar Shaler Township branch. Terry Eberhart was the representative who assisted me throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely outstanding.
Terry was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the paperwork. There was no pressure at all, and the entire transaction—from inspection to valuation to receiving the check—was smooth, transparent, and fast.
As someone selling a car for the first time, I truly appreciated how stress-free and well-organized the experience was. Terry’s friendly attitude and honest communication really made a difference. He respected my time and handled everything efficiently.

Selling My Care Was Easy and Straight Forward
The sale process, including getting an online offer, setting up an initial appointment, negotiating a final price and executing the title transfer, was straight forward. They made it easy and convenient to sell my car.
Of course, that convenience came with a cost. You receive less for the car than you could sell it for on your own. To me, the cost was worth it.
I rate it a five star experience.
