We were surprised how attentive your representative was! He answered our questions. We treated with respect. And after his purchase, helped us secure a LYFT ride home. We weren’t left sitting for a long period of time! Our representative, Ryan was able to do all the paperwork himself. All this saved time.

Update 9/23/2026
Hi Andrew,
Carlos Acevedo, one of our Area Managers, has tried to reach you twice since your review, by voicemail and by email, and we are sorry we were unable to reconnect.
We value your business, and we are sorry we did not deliver the gold standard five-star service every webuyanycar.com customer deserves. If there is anything we can do to change that, you can reach senior leadership at our corporate offices directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for selling your vehicle to us, and for choosing our West Chester branch to do it when you had other options. A two-star rating tells us the team there fell well short of the five-star service we set out to provide on every appointment, and we are sorry we let you down.
No customer should leave one of our branches feeling the way you did, and we are not going to explain that away. We would rather understand what went wrong from you than guess at it.
We have escalated this to the Area Manager responsible for our team in West Chester, who is investigating and will be reaching out to you directly. Getting you the five-star experience you should have had is what we are committed to.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
