Andy was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me through the sales process and answered any questions that I had for him. Great customer service!

Staff members that I spoke with were nice. I appreciate the smooth process. The price was a bit different which is why I took off one star.

I was offered $1295. Upon arrival to our home, Andy informed me the process. He would inspect, test drive and offer an amount based on the assessment.

After it was all completed, Andy stated that there were a few scratches on the roof of the vehicle that I didn't see and the engine lights were on This brought the price considerably down to $450 after a $99 paperwork fee was added (I didn't initially know about this at all).

In my defense, the scratches, dents and engine lights were something that I disclosed in the very beginning.
The offer was made with this in mind.

Instead, the offer came down even further. This was very conniving and deceptive. Andy seemed like a very nice person, but this entire process was not on the up and up.

Ryan was great at checking my car out so he could give me an honest offer. He was very helpful. i would deal with him again if the need arises

They were great! Whole process took an hour and I walked out the door with a check in my hand. I think they gave me a very fair offer based on the car's condition and features. Obviously, I could have gotten more selling the car on my own. But I value my time and I highly recommend this company if you don't want the hassle of no-shows, low ballers, and tire kickers.

I did not like that we were offered one price. They came to see and inspect the car and offered less than half. Then when I said no thanks they came up in price. I understand that after inspection the offer may come down. But the fact that they then settled on more after I said no means they were trying to low ball me. Frustrating

The selling experience was good! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was great. The price we got was less than the online quote but Ryan did an excellent job explaining why the numbers were different. Overall a great experience.

Ending price was fair. Inspection was thorough so I understand the deductions relative to the 'teaser' price offered online, but it would be nice to know ahead of time.
