As my husband had finally decided to sell our lovely Peugeot Boxer Compass Avant-garde Motorhome being just on our driveway and unfortunately only being driven occasionally
and so he decided to contact WeBuyAnyMotorcaravan.com to sell our Motorhome through and made an appointment for today for two members of his team Alan and Mark who were so nice and friendly to check over our Motorhome for us and although my husband really would have wanted £10,000, but due to not having know before that there was a damp patch in the corner of the overhead cab area which would cost themselves approximately £2,000 to repair and are satisfied that these two nice gentlemen will look after our Motorhome for ourselves and hopefully will be driven much more as it should be and so decided to accept £9,250 instead and then when all the paperwork was completed the £9,250 was immediately transferred over my Husband's Bank account and confirmed by his Bank that this amount was now in his account and very nice to do business with themselves. Scare monger
We called them and they said around 28500 for our motorhome. They came out bearing in mind we are pensioners and I have heart failure. They scared the life out of us saying nearly £13000 worth of damp they showed 3 little bits and he worked on my wife who gave in to £18500 I spoke to 2 motorhome centres since and they said it was 5k max to fix them bits. So don’t me taken in get second opinion I called next day and spoke to manager to try to buy it back and give them £2000 for there-trouble they said no chance .

I am sorry to see this review and the false repair costs companies are quoting you without knowing the issues.
Just to reiterate there were far more than 3 issues due to damp not being monitored throughout its lifetime.
This includes:
- Damp under both bench seats - visibly stained and high readings
- Two areas of damp around the bathroom - visibly stained and high readings
- Delaminated flooring
- New (full) reupholster needed internally
If repairing to manufacture standard which is what we work to rather than methods such as over boarding which is a temporary cover, we arguably undervalued the repairs, but felt when buying the motorhome and explaining all issues to you, this was fair for all, in which you agreed.
For transparency, £2,000 was never spoken about on the call, and we paid more than £18,500 for the motorhome.

Very easy and convenient service
The whole transaction was seamless, from the offer to the collection of my motorhome. The agents, Ian and John were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The cash was in my bank before they left and I'd even had an email from DVLA noting I was no longer the owner. I would heartily recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish, I didn’t want all the hassle of selling my VW Campervan. Although painful as you want as much as you can get Roger explained everything clearly and made the process and final decision quiet enjoyable. I gave an honest appraisal of our Motorhome received an acceptable price, paid to remove my personal plate, had the motorhome serviced and then the blow, a reduced offer by 3k even before they had seen the Motorhome, in my world a deal is a deal. They advised they made a mistake on their offer, odd they made this offer twice, not a great experience, be wary.

You were open with us about the condition of your motorhome throughout the process, including making us aware of the windscreen chip. The initial offer was made before we had fully understood the implications of what would be required to prepare the vehicle for resale, including the likely need to replace the windscreen. Once this had been reviewed with our pricing team and dealer network, we were unfortunately unable to honour the original figure.
We appreciate this was frustrating, particularly after you had already made preparations for the sale. While we understand your disappointment, we felt it was important to be upfront once we had all the information, rather than proceed with an offer that no longer reflected the vehicle's trade value.
