Excellent Job
Just a note to say what a great job Michael did in removing the stairlift from our house. I know it wasn’t easy for him to find the place, but once he had, he did a smashing job – you’d never have known it had been there. Please thank him, and the rest of the team, for such excellent service.

Excellent. Rung number of places and this was only firm that buy what stairlift we had. They communicated well. Engineer arrived when arranged, was quick and no mess.

Excellent and professional service from everyone we had contact with regarding the sale and removal of a stair lift. Michael the engineer was knowledgeable, efficient and polite despite having travelled over 4 hours to get to us. Thank you.

Quote was obtained very efficiently. I was told an engineer will call when in the area. Only a few days and the engineer turned up earlier than the time I was advised. Stairlift removed very efficiently and with great care. All done in an hour. Great service would recommend anytime. Well done all

Messages on Monday, fast reply & given a price. They rang me Tuesday to arrange appointment. Stairlift removed Friday. The engineer was on-time, very polite & professional. Highly recommend company.

Efficient service from point of first contact with Polly to removal. Was kept informed regarding appointment and the engineer - Braden - arrived on time and was very polite. Glad the stairlift could be removed and reused rather than being scrapped. Thanks.
