Very well automated system that request under the name of an agent “Ian” pictures and videos uploaded through their app of your car.
Be cautious this is just a car dealer from a group giving low quotes and pushing down the car value justifying that their offer is based on your car condition, service needed, mark up and guarantee to be considered and they are doing you a favour taking your car, all without any inspection or proper review. Once they have your good details they can work you out from your need to sell and get for them a great deal, do not expect a fair trade price from webuycars.ie.
I can not recommend them, avoid!

To be honest I ended up not going through with selling my car to them. Cars in worse condition to mine are for sale from dealers and private sellers for around 17,000€ up to 22,000€! They offered me €10500 . They told me the price was that low because they need to service the car even though I told them it had a full service less than 500km ago. They also said the price they offered had to factor in them giving a warranty to the new buyer when they sell it, which is ridiculous. I have gotten offers from other dealers for 15,000 minimum. It’s a complete rip off

The actual process is fairly smooth and I had no issues at all getting a valuation. You submit the request, complete the application with pictures through your phone (very straight forward, it walks you through) and then you wait for a quote. I also received a WhatsApp message which was a nice touch so A+ on the service side.

I am unsure if they are just brokers who offer vehicles to other garages (I assume so) but the offer was terrible. Vehicles exactly like mine are currently listed at 25-28K on DoneDeal, I appreciate these types of sites undervalue dramatically so I expected a 19-20K offer (I received a 19,500 trade-in offer direct from garage) but received a 15K offer from webuycars.ie

Borderline scam, praying on people who need money fast or are under pressure to sell. Lucky I am not under pressure and thought I'd leave this review as a warning.

Just this morning I have already received two higher quotes (by thousands!) dealing direct with reputable garages in the Dublin region.
