Really bad experience. After months of searching for a bridesmaid dress that all my bridesmaids were happy with and feel comfortable in we thought we had a winner with wed2b. We were wrongly told on 2 occasions that the dress we wanted goes upto a size 22. When I came to place the order they said they only do 18. They really didnt care that I was then back to square one searching for dresses. The staff also walk around like little robots, not even making sense with what they are talking about.

Wed2b Bournemouth was incredible. I met so many lovely members of staff there, and was served separately by two different ladies on the different days I went - verity and please forgive me but I cannot remember the other name of the lady who helped me today! Maybe the team will know and be able to give me her name? I would love to give her the credit she deserves also!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, special experience finding my wedding dress. From the moment I walked in, the sales team made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for.

They were incredibly patient and kind, letting me try on as many dresses as I needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I also reserved a dress I thought I loved, and came back the next day and happened to try a different dress on and changed my mind last minute! What I loved most was how they really listened, every little thought, feeling, concern, and preference I had was taken on board so thoughtfully. They gently guided me towards styles I might not have picked myself, and somehow understood exactly what I was looking for, even when I couldn’t fully put it into words.

Their warmth, encouragement, and genuine excitement made the whole experience feel so personal and magical. It never felt like “just a sale”, it felt like they truly wanted me to find my dress, and celebrate that moment with me. There was no harsh sales, just utter respect and guidance while allowing me to lead the way.

I left feeling so confident, happy, and grateful, and I’ll always remember how special they made that day. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to any bride-to-be 🤍

Had such a wonderful time here last weekend. We were assisted by Amber - she was professional, kind and listened to my likes/dislikes. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and I am so delighted with my wedding dress. Cannot thank you enough!

We shopped for a communion dress and all the women were so nice. They were busy but all spoke to my Daughter and made the experience special. Thank you so much.

I cannot put in words how much I loved the place and the collection! The dresses are stunning and the 5th dress was THE dress! It starts with how amazing the website is, with the whole collection and prices being showed, it makes a big difference. Also, Zoe was unbelievable, such an expert woman that managed to find exactly what I needed with a few minutes of conversation. Just listen to the girls(they know what they are doing), and listen to your body. I will recommend this place every time I have the chance to ❤️

On Saturday I was seen by the lovely Brodie, she was absolutely amazing went through all sorts of questions to see what I would like about a wedding dress my style etc to make sure she knew what to look for. While we was trying dresses on she knew what I wanted before I said it like accessories etc she was just absolutely amazing and so friendly.

I had such a lovely experience at the Bournemouth Wed2b. All the ladies were brilliant, but a special thank you to Sam who just went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She listened and picked exactly what I asked for. I was feeling apprehensive about dress shopping, but Sam made the whole experience better than I could have asked for!

The minute we entered we were greeted by lovely kind staff, talked through the process and everything was explained so clearly. Verity was the kindest person ever! Really understood what she was talking about and made me and my party feel so welcome and amazing!

I went to pick up my dress today and I got to interact with Brodie at the Bournemouth shop. Another great experience after yesterday's and I just wanted to commend everyone who works there for some pretty amazing customer service in a day and age where I've had a lot of disappointing interactions with staff from different shops. But Brodie today, just as Fatemeh yesterday, made me feel welcome, took her time to listen, was just overall wonderful and I'll continue to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dress in Bournemouth.

I cannot recommend Wed2B enough! The selection is beautiful, but the service is what really stands out. Carla helped me through the entire process and was so patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what would suit me and helped me get the dress I’ve always wanted.

I was greeted by a lovely assistant called Brodie. She made such a conscious effort to make the process special. I found the dress and was so pleased with how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2Be Bournemouth, all thanks to Brodie. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She is so warm, kind, and genuinely lovely it felt like I was shopping with a friend who truly cared about helping me find the dress.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and supported me every step of the way without any pressure. Thanks to Brodie, I was able to say yes to the dress, and I couldn’t be happier!

She is an absolute credit to the team and honestly deserves recognition or even a raise! Thank you so much, Brodie, for making such a special moment unforgettable.

The assistant was informed that my granddaughter was a small 10. However she didn’t take this on board and took a size 12. We all believed that the dress was a 10 as we thought the assistant had listened to our advice.
My granddaughter tried on the dress and it was huge. She took one look at herself in it and that was it. Her day was ruined. She refused to try on anymore dresses and was in tears. And all assistant was worried about was getting another dress ordered! Her words “well what dress are ordering for her?” At this point I stayed calm but firm and explained that she (the assistant) didn’t listen when we told her the dress size, and my granddaughter’s confidence has taken a huge hit! And we’ll get a dress for her as and when she’s ready, we’d be guided my granddaughters decision.
The assistant continued and spoke about time frames. At this point it was clear she really didn’t take on board my granddaughters feelings and continued to push for another sale. I told her no, the priority is my granddaughter that’s it we’re done. I wanted three dresses and was going to purchase a bridal gown too. However, I look at the prices and lists and she’s added a dress box that I didn’t ask for. I ask about this and she couldn't even look at me. So I cancel my dress and bought the bridesmaid dresses. I get married on the 16th of May this year.
I wanted to share a beautiful day trying to on dresses with my bridesmaids especially my granddaughter. It was day that was overshadowed and she was left in tears. Sometime later I tried to salvage this and asked my granddaughter if she’d like to elsewhere. She said no because she was worried she’d have the same experience.
I collected the dresses and took my granddaughter and future daughter-in-law with me. As soon as my granddaughter knew where we were going, she refused to go anywhere near the shop!

Anne at Wed2B Dublin was super helpful. She knew exactly what would suite me and listened carefully to my preferences.
