I was anxious about going wedding Dress shopping i didn't know what to expect but the girls at wed2be were so kind and lovely , I ended up finding my dress on my first visit , unfortunately I didn't have my mum with me so they offered me the hushbride experience, I left my dress with them for an extra week then did the whole thing again with my mum , thank you to all the staff for been so helpful and lovely especially Ruby for helping me find my perfect dress

I couldn't have had a better experience here especially after a nightmare appointment at a different bridal salon! Was the only customer in store which meant all 3 of the staff in store were helping me try on dresses, adding accessories etc and it felt like playing princess dress up with friends! I was relaxed and felt stunning and the staff here are fab and so kind!!!

My whole experience at wed2b in Leeds was brilliant. Harriet the girl who helped me with my dress hunting was so helpful. She let me try on lots of dresses and I did actually say “yes to the dress” but something was telling me to try another dress on and this time it was something I would never of picked. It was something so out of my comfort zone. But I tired it on and fell in love with it and said “yes to the dress”. I would highly recommend wed2be in Leeds it’s fantastic.

The staff were really helpful (especially Ruby in Leeds) and there were a number of lovely dresses available.

Really letting the business down is the inability to stock check at other locations or move stock around for clients willing to put deposits down. I reserved a dress in Leeds but travelled to Rotherham to check whether they had an alternative dress I had my heart set on, which they didn’t. Called customer service who advised I should just ‘try’ more stores in the area I.e. Hull. I understand stock moves fast as it’s off the rack but it would be helpful to have an idea whether or not the dresses you can see online would be available to try on.

I paid my balance and subsequently, a member of customer service call me to advise the deadline was approaching so it appeared that the dress I’d reserved and paid for but hadn’t collected would be released back onto general sale.
