Mein Verlobter und ich haben 13 Monate in Asien als digitale Nomaden gelebt, sind seit Ende März verlobt und Ende April bekam er plötzlich ein Job-Angebot für die USA - daher hatten wir nun 2 Wochen, um mein Kleid zu finden.

Meine Schwiegermutter fand die Webseite und auf dem Weg nach Belgien sind wir heute basically in den Laden gestürmt, bewaffnet mit einer Liste von 5 Kleidern - Scott war in Größe 34 vorhanden.

Dank einer sehr geduldigen Dame, durfte ich das Kleid anprobieren, obwohl sie zuerst da war und auch die Verkäuferin war extrem hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zack, anprobiert, sitzt, benötigt minimale Änderungen und wurde direkt gekauft.

Die Verkäuferin war so nett, uns außerdem eine Liste von Schneidern auszustellen, sodass wir nun in Frankfurt alle Änderungen machen lassen können bevor es nächste Woche zurück nach Belgien geht, wo unsere Hochzeit stattfinden wird.

Ich kann Wed2b wirklich empfehlen. Die Kleider sind super schön, es gibt genügend Auswahl und die Preise sind angenehm, wobei man bei der Qualität keine Abstriche machen muss.

I had a wonderful experience at Wed2b Newcastle. I came to the store with dresses in mind I had viewed online. But also open to other ideas. Molly helped me on my visit and she chose some beautiful dresses to try. All of the staff helped me feel at ease and very welcome. Molly has a great personality and made us laugh. The dress I chose is perfect and I took it away with me that day with ease.

I was really nervous about buying my dress, but the ladies here really put me at ease. I write this 2 months after my wedding! Deffo would recommend Wed2Be Surbiton for your wedding dress and even bridesmaid dresses <3 The staff were lovely and really helpful!

I visited your Middlesbrough store on Fri 10th July with my best friend and daughter to look for a wedding dress and had already travelled to York that morning with no success- I felt welcomed the min I walked in - trying multiple different styles of dresses on - I found my dress which took a huge weight of my shoulders 😊

I was feeling really overwhelmed with the dress shopping malarkey.... however on two occasions I visited the shop I was made to feel relaxed and at the end of it felt really confident. Kim especially was very helpful with years if knowledge.

I was really nervous about the actual changing into a dress part but Narges made me feel so relaxed. Her knowledge on dress styles in incredible and literally the first dress she brought out was the one! We tried on others but nothing compared to the first one.

I wanted to leave a review to say a special thank you to Eva. She was very knowledgeable, supportive and made me feel completely at ease. She listened carefully to the pros and cons of each dress I tried on and helped me to find my dream dress. I cannot thank Eva enough. I found wedding dress shopping at other stores very stressful, but Eva made me feel very relaxed and gave me all the time needed to try dresses on. She took a video of me in my dress and helped me to FaceTime my mum to show her. Eva, you are a credit to the Wed2b team.

Firstly, I would like to say that the overall experience was lovely. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my appointment. My two sisters and I genuinely had a wonderful time choosing my dress, veil, and underskirt together, and it was a special memory that I will always treasure.

After choosing my dress, veil, and the underskirt that was recommended to me, I was asked to wait while everything was packed. At no point was I given a breakdown of the prices for each item. I was only told the final total, which was just under £1,500. I trusted that everything had been explained appropriately and completed the purchase.

When everything was ready, I was presented with two large white boxes. I was told that one contained my wedding dress and the other contained my veil, underskirt, three garment bags/covers, and two hangers. I genuinely thought the bags, hangers, and boxes were included as part of the purchase, especially considering I had spent around £1,500. It never crossed my mind that packaging would be charged separately.

Later, while celebrating with my sisters over lunch, I looked through my receipt and was shocked to discover that every piece of packaging had been charged individually. I felt upset, disappointed, and, unfortunately, taken advantage of. Not because there was a charge, but because it had never been explained to me, and I was never asked whether I wanted to purchase these items.

In my opinion, customers should always be told that garment bags, boxes, and hangers are optional extras with separate charges before they are packed and added to the bill. I would then have been able to make an informed decision. Instead, they were packed automatically, and I naturally assumed they were included with such a significant purchase. If you buy an expensive product, it is reasonable to expect that the packaging needed to protect and transport it comes with it unless clearly stated otherwise.

Because I was so unhappy after discovering these unexpected charges, I returned to the shop the same day to return the three garment bags, two hangers, and one large box, receiving a refund of £75.

What saddens me most is that this completely changed how I felt about what should have been one of the happiest shopping experiences of my life. Until I saw the receipt, I had nothing but positive things to say. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency over these additional charges overshadowed an otherwise wonderful experience.

I hope you will consider reviewing how these optional packaging items are presented to customers. A simple explanation before packing everything, together with asking whether the customer would like to purchase them, would avoid disappointment and ensure customers feel informed rather than surprised after paying.

I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive way it is intended. The staff were kind and the appointment itself was excellent, but greater transparency around additional charges would make the overall experience much better for future brides.

The girls were lovely! All getting stuck in and helping me work out what i did and didn't like about the dress, what went with it and what was worth skipping!
