Beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for.
After months of searching for a Fascinator for my Daughter’s wedding, I ordered the Champagne Diamanté fascinator earlier this week and it arrived very quickly. I am absolutely delighted with it! It is beautiful; well made and the perfect colour. It adds gorgeous detail, without being too much. I love it!

Dreadful Customer Service & Returns Policy
Purchased two hats for a wedding which, due to illness, I was sadly then unable to attend. Explained the circumstances, never asked for a refund, merely a credit note against an alternative purchase. Amidst a significant period of postal strikes, Covid and winter flu, this business has a strict 14 day return policy, and failed to respond to my numerous requests for contact via both telephone and email. Not a business I will ever deal with again!

As you know, we've been in regular contact with you regarding this order. And we have offered you resolution options.
You ordered items from us at the beginning of December and then wanted to return them for a full refund 2 months later. We've explained many times that the maximum under our returns policy is 28 days. This is the standard in UK law and set out clearly in our returns policy for all to see.

The hat arrived within 2 days as advertised ( I paid for the express option. It surpassed my expectations - I loved it !!!! It was a big hit of the wedding and everyone wanted a photo in it! And was delighted also with the price for such a lovely hat . Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful. Got my hat fairly fast and it was lovely. Was a bit dented as the box was a bit small. Handbag to match is very nice, though I would like it to be a bit bigger.
