Even better than I expected
I was somewhat worried about needing to buy a hat for a September wedding without visiting lots of shops but I found the perfect shape and colour on Wedding Hats 4U, The hat arrived quickly, very well packed and protected and looked even better than it did on the website.

Beautiful hat
The hat arrived very quickly, and was beautiful. I loved the silver colour, the style, the shape, the feathers. But it was a little too snug on my head, so sadly, have returned the beautiful hat.

My delivery arrived on time and well packaged. Quality is good. I'm really pleased with the hat. The bag is a slightly lighter shade, although they are meant to match but it's not enough to be a problem.

Refund Vs payment
I am more than pleased with quality of hat but refunds are slow in coming opposed to payment being taken right away. A bit unfair on customer.

Our returns policy and UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations) both provide the timelimit of 14 days for a refund once an item is returned. This is the standard clearly set out in the law and reflected in our returns policy and communicated on our website and on our returns forms. Your refund was within this 14 day timelimit. Therefore we feel that this 3-star review is extremely unfair. Please consider revising it as it could unfairly impact our small family business.
