I ordered the westie advent calendar last month which I haven’t received and despite emailing on numerous occasions I have had no response. The telephone number on their website is not recognised so unable to speak to anyone. Obviously a scam company. Avoid!!

Why didn’t I check???
I’m normally careful about looking at reviews when I buy but I didn’t this time. What a complete and utter waste of money! If you want to waste your money just drop a £20 note in the street and at least there will be a chance it might go to someone deserving! And don’t be fooled by the URL that suggests UK. It comes from China and, if my order is typical, doesn’t even leave China

Ordered over 6 weeks ago still not arrived No tracking available. Several emails requesting refund are unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM.

Waiting for well over a month sent several emails with one response not answering the actual question of where my order is. I have asked for a cancellation and refund still no response. Do not order from this company.

I bought some Christmas decorations which said 'Build , decorate, collect. 24 mini brick ornaments' and showed a picture of small decorations made of lego type bricks. What I received were little plastic decorations of poor quality, each showing a picture of something built of bricks. No chance of building anything. Definitely not worth what I paid. The best thing was the box they came in which showed actual decorations made of bricks

I ordered a schnauzer advent calendar. Advert was a pretty box with numbered doors. The little dogs looked to be able to stand on their own. In reality the box was plain white with very hard to open perforated doors in front of a pressed plastic box with 24 compartments. Most of these were empty with all 24 dog at the bottom. I say dogs in fact they were pieces of plastic with the dog printed on them. Any child opening this would be heartbroken. Mine went straight in the dustbin.

This company is a total rip off. I am so disappointed and cross that I fell into buying cheap nasty Chinese tat. Advertising photos of a lovely advent calendar for schnauzer lovers.. what arrived was a cheap squashed cardboard box with plastic pictures.. nothing like what was advertised. I paid on the 29th August and received this rubbish today. Company address is Hereford- what a joke. No chance of a refund and I really can’t be bothered to chase something I probably won’t get. It’s gone straight into the dustbin.. lesson learned don’t fall victim to this utter rubbish..

Ordered items on 5th September, no communication about shipping etc. Chased up via PayPal, as there was no other way to contact them. Got no response. PayPal refunded for the items, but not the P&P. So down that amount
Very disappointed.

After waiting weeks and weeks for the delivery what arrived was absolutely not even close to what was advertised. I would like to be able to post some pictures but don’t seem able to. I ordered a 3d schnauzer advent calendar with all the days numbered. I got a squashed box with no advent calendar and tiny flat plastic tags like key rings. Absolute rubbish .. can’t even class it as good as cheap and cheerful. Don’t waste your money!

Order arrived was not the advertised image at all . Fraudulent company . Leave well alone !!!!

I would have preferred to give no stars, but it’s not an option. The Weeklyard website is a scam, and ties you into ‘rabbit holes’ based in China, and the Shop app. No replies to my messages and product not received. Notified my Bank of the scam and received my cash back almost immediately.
I followed up Weeklyard on Trust pilot, and AI search, and was shocked with all the negative reviews. Why are Weeklyard allowed to advertise and continue trading? Avoid like the plague!

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a Heritage Hound Sighthound sculpture on 5th September, all paid for, have heard nothing from this company even though I have sent three emails! I have not received my order!
Must be a scam company!
Just to add it is now 22/10/26 and I have just received the parcel, damaged and broken! Let's see how I get on with getting a refund!
Have sent two emails requesting a refund, not heard back, suprise suprise! Reporting to Trading standards!

Dreadful experience. I bought an Advent Calender for my Grandchildren. The advertising explicitly promised "24 unique buildable designs" and featured Lego-style figures on the packaging.However, the item I received contains only cheap, non-customisable plastic pieces with absolutely nothing to build. This is highly misleading and constitutes false advertising

I purchased an item via the SHOP APP on merchant weeklyard.co.uk on the 4th Sept 2026 and I am still waiting on the delivery of my order.

I have tried to contact the merchant weeklyard.co.uk and have received no responses to me request for a delivery update and then asking for a refund.

I have tried to contact SHOP via their APP but this company hide behind the APP with no easy way to contact them.

One or both of these companies is making a lot of money with customers not receiving there goods.

This must be a case for the police to investigate and bring them to justice?

I placed an order on 6 September and quickly received a dispatch notice from China, despite the UK website address. As of today (30/09) I still have not received my parcel.

Scam site. Calendar had no items in the 5 doors. When we opened the rest, they had sent little plastic cut outs made to look like gin bottles despite us ordering a chihuahua advent calendar. Mobile number on site doesn't exist! Money wasted on 2 calenders! AVOID!!!!!!!
