The chairs are really good and I am happy with the quality. Pricing was very good. They look great in our theater room.

The Customer Service phone was not working. It only had a message and I was not able to speak to anyone.
Brackets for the chairs were supplied but the hardware (nuts/bolts) were not. They were sent later.

The chairs are awesome, easy to put together(you will need two people) and they came on time. Very comfortable and easy to clean.-

I bought a 4 seat power reclining configuration for my new home theater room and could not be happier with them. They are very comfortable and were assembled very quickly with no issues.

We looked for a long time to find a love seat that had independently reclining seats, tall enough seat backs, and a wide range of positional adjustments to support our grown son that has neck and other mobility issues.
We purchased the blue color and were a little worried that it might be “too blue” (as online purchases can be a bit of a gamble) but were pleasantly surprised to find that it is a nice smokey grey blue that would look good in almost any decor color scheme.
We purchased the 2-seater with no armrest in between and when it arrived it did not have the connector pieces to join the two halves- but we called Weiliandia and they were great - said they would immediately send out the parts we needed, they followed up with more than one email, provided a tracking number for the package, and a link to the install video. We love our loveseat and couldn’t be happier with the service from this company.

I received my theater seats (row of four) they were even better looking than the on line pictures. I couldn't tell that it came with gold stitching, which is beautiful to match the gold cup holders. The cup holders light up with 7 color options with 3 levels of color brightness. I am absolutely impressed with the quality of the material and the overall look and comfort. The electric reclining seats are a wonderful touch for comfort and to top it off, the headrest is also an electrical adjustment. We have enjoyed many movie nights with company. The overall experience is theater, perfect. The delivery was right on time and the assembly of the chairs were very easy to put together. I would recommend these seats to anyone looking for a comfortable chic look in their theater room.

I want to say that I have purchased weilianda's home theatre seating on two different occasions to complete my home theatre set of 5. Both times, I have had excellent experiences with their great customer service and exceptional timely of addressing any concerns or answering any questions. The Italian leather is durable, comfortable and out right stylish. The chic style I have purchased is the best. I compared with other competitors and I decided on Weilianda because of quality and pricing.

I recently purchased the Weilianda Astronaut Series Home Theater Seating (set of 5) and have been really happy with it so far. The seats are a little smaller than the older theater seating I replaced, but the overall quality is excellent and they look great in my theater room. To be fair, going with larger seats would have cost quite a bit more, so for the price I really can’t complain.
I really like the zero-gravity reclining, which I didn't have in my older seats. The seats are a bit firm so be ready for that. Hopefully overtime they get softer with use. The USB charging is also surprisingly fast, which was a nice surprise. They even include a free phone holder, which I didn’t expect but actually use quite a bit.
Shipping was quick and the packaging was very good, everything arrived well protected. Assembly was simple and didn’t take long. I also asked them for the rails to connect the chairs together, and those were easy to install as well.
The customer service has been excellent. I emailed them a few times with questions and they responded quickly each time and took care of everything I asked about. It’s honestly some of the best service I’ve had.
The only small downside I noticed is there’s a little LED light next to the USB charger that stays on so you can find the buttons in the dark. It’s a bit bright, and with my single-row setup sometimes the light can hit your eyes in a completely dark theater room depending on how you’re sitting.
Overall though, I’m very happy with the purchase. Great seating for the price and outstanding customer service.

Weilianda is a reputable company for which I can vouch. We ordered theater seating from them on Amazon. We had a small shipping issue wherein we received only a partial order. They handled it quickly and communicated with us. Please know that even if you can them and can’t reach someone, they will get back to you and help you. Their theater seating is very good quality and exactly as described.

Love my new theatre chair that I bought last Year but one day the usb ports stopped lighting up and charging. I contacted Welilanda who asked for the label model and video of what wasn’t working. The also sent me an install video to make sure i would understand the repair steps. They sent me the console part which resolved the issue! Continue to love my chair and would buy another one of i had room in my small space😉 great quality and now service!!!!

Bought 2 chairs for my theater room. Liked them so much bought 3 more and then decided 2 rows of 3 chairs would be nice so bought my 6th chair. Excellent quality leather, power ports, tablet holder and lights make it look and perform great! Highly recommend the Vanguard series.

Delivery was just a bit slow but, I can't praise the customer service enough. They answered all questions in a very timely manner. Product seems to be good quality. Would not hesitate to purchase from again.

The effort put on to keeping me informed was outstanding. Acknowledgement of the order, shipping dates and follow up, response and explanation of why the order arrived on three dates, answers to questions regarding connecting bars and follow up to make sure every thing arrived and was not damaged. Online assembly videos were clear and easy to follow. Just a great overall transaction.
