Warning: This Website is a Scam

I purchased shoes through a TikTok ad, but instead of receiving my order, I was unknowingly enrolled in a membership subscription—something I never signed up for. A few days later, I was charged again for a supposed "upgrade" to this membership.

After researching, I discovered that all the positive reviews were from people who were promised refunds.

Avoid this website at all costs—they are fraudulent.

Andy helpend me very good to stop my account. Problem is that how I got the account. It was never my perpurse.

I didn't receive the package I was promised .

I purchased something from another company and noticed a charge from Glamourcosmic on my credit card less than 5 minutes from my transaction. I contacted the company and they informed me the charge was for a subscription, which I did not order.
I requested cancellation of the subscription immediately. On April 15, 2025, I received an email from their Escalation Manager informing me that the charge on my credit card would be refunded. I was also asked to providing a rating on their service. To date, I have not received any refunds. I was asked to remove my negative, but honest comments on this site. I would be more than happy to remove this honest review when I actually receive my refund. I also got charges from the following companies on the same day:

paper4dreams;
thetoptoybox; and
glamourcosmic.

The companies also took funds from my credit card and have not yet reimbursed me.

Do not use this site. Once they get your information, they keep finding ways to charge for subscriptions you don’t want.

June 9, 2025 update - no refund yet as promised. Just lots of emails asking me to remove this post.

J'ai acheté sans créer de compte et aujourd'hui il me débité 62 euros et ils disent ,que c'est moi qui ait créé le compte et j'ai accepté les conditions.
Pire tu n'as pasde nouvelles de ta commande.
