Stolen my personal information along with bank details from another website where apparently this was mentioned in their fine print terms and conditions that nobody ever reads and then was charged overnight. It took my many hours of back and forth emails to request for my personal information to be deleted from their database and even until today I still believe they have not done so and to also process the refund. Even after requesting for them to cancel my account and membership activity they were still trying to take money from my account. Likely I’ve asked my bank to block them.

I was scammed into signing up for this sight somehow without my knowledge when trying to buy something off instagram or a Facebook advert. When I noticed the charge on my card I tried to cancel but only received automated emails. I cancelled with the bank who blocked them and still have not received the item I initially ordered. They have now contacted me and said if I leave a 5* review they will be refund me my money but only if I write a good review. I refused until I was refunded.

UPDATE - 12th JULY 2024: They have sent me a partial refund of £5.87 and it has been received. They have promised to refund the rest if I update my review so fair is fair. I am still owed £8.63 and await this to be transferred back on my card. I will update again if I am fully refunded and be fair in my judgement.

UPDATE 18 JULY 2024: I have now been fully refunded and removed the words scam from this review. I have however wasted several hours on this in call the bank and writing emails and reviews. I will update again if I receive any compensation.

Cancelled with the bank as the customer service was horrendous and they still managed to take the money out. They have since said if I put a 5* review they will be refund me the money but only if I write a good review. Avoid at all costs, total scam.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que le site wekidsshops est tellement peu clair que l'on se retrouve abonné sans le savoir.
Par ailleurs, pour pouvoir se désabonner, il faut impérativement communiquer en anglais.
En revanche, la gestionnaire a été très professionnelle au téléphone
