Our driver was ready and waiting for us as soon as we got our luggage and cleared Customs. Communication was great and he provided great information on our drive into the city centre.

Our carrier was amazing , tafadzwa was very responsive and took great care of us. I will highly recommend welcome taxi for smooth travel abroad.

Welcome Taxi made the trip and planning much less stressful. They were very prompt and communicative in the process, not to mention very accommodating. Will be using them again in the future.

asad’s hussain was the name of our taxi driver, we got a taxi home late enough as we were celebrating my friends birthday party, most of the taxis around were charging 69 euro back to moate which was a joke and nothing esle but a sick joke, a 10 minute drive and they wanted 60 euro but we ended up waiting and asad’s hussain pulled up and we asked him for a lift to moate which he only charged 45 euro which was extremely good for the time it was at and he dropped us all home individually but safely, Anymore when i am stuck for a lift i will make sure to book asad he made the trip fun aswell he was very talkative and let us connect to our bluetooth, i really recommend him

We used welcome taxis right throughout Vietnam short trips and long. Service, local cars and people were great. Great coms, vehicles and service overall

Fast and efficient respond and service.
So far we only booked two private taxi services in Europe, one in Rotterdam and one in Nice. In both locations we needed a pick-up from airport and visiting various locations.
Quoted price were reasonable and had to be settled ahead of the trip. Drivers details were provided a few days ahead of the business trip.
Passengers were happy with the service on each occasion.

Great driver.

I was looking for a driver to meet us at our Viking ship in Bratislava. I wanted to go to a nearby town so I could visit my mother’s birthplace in Slovakia. I received many “no, we don’t do that” replies until Welcome Taxi said they would provide the service. Exceptional communication with Nicolas at Welcome Taxi; always a prompt response.

Our driver was a perfect match for our needs. He was waiting at the dock when we arrived. Safely and efficiently drove to the destination I selected. He provided interpreter services as needed (which was often). I’ll spare you the long version of the story, but the result was that I met a cousin I never knew I had. We enjoyed an exceptional day that would not have happened without Welcome Taxi. Highly recommend!

Really reliable and responsive. Allowed for a last minute change in timing, no issue. Drivers also always arrived early and were always pleasant.

While the booking process was great and the driver was on time and assisted with loading and unloading the car, the drive itself was AWFUL. We all felt sick to our stomachs the entire drive because the driver was zig zagging around and just callously driving.

The online reservation process was smooth and very detailed right down to our driver's name and photo! International travel never fails to pose unexpected challenges - I had used the incorrect drop off address - I thought we were stranded - on Easter Sunday in Italy - oh my gosh! Problem solved - we were then delivered to our correct drop off location - 40 mins away - thank goodness for outstanding customer care!

The driver was late for pickup and did not speak English.
He was also very reluctant to speak Vietnamese at first with my mother who does speak it.

The drive was endless (10 hours total when 7 are required) with one driver change, and 4 stops along the way.

Overall, I am disappointed with the experience.

We recently used the Welcome Taxi service, arranged by Nicolas, for our travel from Reykjavik to Jokulsarlon and back in Iceland. The driver, a local, was exceptionally punctual and polite, and he enhanced our journey by taking us to several notable tourist landmarks for sightseeing. Overall, the experience was highly pleasant and commendable.

We booked a transfer from Toledo to Seville on Easter Sunday. Booking thru the company was very easy and our driver contacted me in advance to ensure we had the pick up coordinated. Our driver was very courteous and kind, and enjoyable to speak to. What a terrific experience and service.
