Amazing customer service
Was an amazing service from the start to the end. Im so amazed how quickly they did my picture and I did not pay until I was happy with picture. I made them change a couple of things and they made as many adjustments as I asked until I approved the final. Then it was shipped and delivered within a couple of days of approving the photo. The final result was beautiful and looked so real!

The quality is great! Beautiful product but the ordering process was frustrating. Don't accept not even my debit card. After getting payment settled toooo many emails making a huge confusion on what had been already answered. Lacked organization and track keeping of what had been discussed which delayed my order and delivery way past closing date.

Do not recommend. awful experience and awful customer service
This was a horrible process from start to finish. There was always a different excuse as to why my order was delayed and often avoided answering all points of my email. On the 29th of January they told me my order was due for delivery on the 30th when it in fact hadn’t even been framed or shipped. Another time they told me there was a delay in just uploading my proof because they don’t have my phone number??? The list goes on and on.
When mentioning the disappointment and how I’d never use this company again, they offered me a store credit… despite me JUST saying I’d never use them again. After me acting a little crazy they finally agreed to a 30% refund.
What was meant to be a special gift for my mother’s 60th birthday has turned into an absolute mess thanks to this company and it has left me no time to organise a new gift for my Mum which has left me feeling stressed and upset.
It took over a month for me to receive my item.
Save your time and money.

Don’t believe the website timeframes…
Don’t believe the website timeframes listed of 1-2 weeks.
Ordered over a month ago for a birthday gift and still not sent despite being told that my order will be overseen as a priority when I flagged the issue over 2 weeks ago. Have now had to purchase an additional present due to gift not arriving anywhere close to listed timeframes. Have tried being patient but I wouldn’t recommend unless purchasing at least 2 month in advance. I understand errors/process misses can occur but they have not made up for it with their customer service so far.
Can’t comment on quality yet as has not yet received.

Horrible Customer Service Lies and more lies
If there were negative stats that is what I would give. My entire ordeal with this company was a NIGHTMARE!! I was charged extra for it to be expedited and it still came a week late. I was told I would get a mug at no charge, well that didn’t happen either. I asked multiple times to be put in contact but that didn’t happen. NEVER EVER AGAIN don’t be fooled by these scamming crooks! And the numerous emails with bs answers was never ending! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED and SUPER PISSED OFF ..,.

I wanted to share a quick update: your custom mug has been shipped and is expected to arrive on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
I understand how frustrating this experience has been. Between the delays, the repeated follow-ups and the missing mug, it’s unfortunate we did not deliver the smooth and reassuring experience we had promised. I’m sorry for the stress this may have caused.
I do want to clarify the confusion around expedited delivery. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. What we do offer is a “Skip the Queue” add-on, which prioritizes artwork creation. In your order, the only add-on included was Combine Photos, which was processed as intended.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. If there’s anything else you need once the mug arrives, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Had a potrtait made up from an older painting, the people I dealt with were very helpful and patient considering the multiple changes and edits I made. It ended up looking better than the painting itself.
