Scammers, wish I had checked these reviews before attempting to buy what was £17.99 , I received an email from Margaret stating my purchase had not been confirmed and to click confirm. I logged into my bank and found £57.92 pending. I have not clicked confirm and have contacted my bank.

I still have not received my order

Total rip off merchants took 3 more payments from my account for products I did not order. My bank is investigating this company please DONT buy anything from them .

Don't waste your money. The product does not work. It does change the taste of morning coffee. No weight loss at all. More frequent trips to the wc to urinate.
Big push on ordering to order more - don't.
Was taken in by its success claims and the need to boost my metabolism and begin weight loss clouded my judgement. Emails don't get through. Not a reliable site - don't be taken in.

A load of rubbish! Made no difference whatsoever to my waistline or hunger. The only thing that it does is make your coffee taste horrible!

I ordered three boxes at 17.99 a one off payment I did it thru pay pal
When the order went thru pay pal they charged me 47.00 and 57.00.two orders on a repeat subscription. I. Cancelled the repeat straight away and told PayPal pal I did not agree to the two transaction amounts. And they didn't help me. I had to go to my bank and put in a scam.cLaim. in this time I never got the coffee. I wrote to wellaray saying why was they. Charging me twice for three boxes at 17.99. they said were look into it. I heard nothing more then after my bank investigated I got 6 boxes thru the post with no receipt. My bank got mea Refund off all the money minus the 17.99 I was originally charged.
I've not even used the coffee doubt it works. They are scammers after Ur bank details

Bought 4 boxes 20 in each, took it everyday never lost pound don’t waste your money.try to cancel and got the run around couldn’t find my order then it show up in a mail package no return address no information about it totally got scammed

Despite not clicking to confirm order, payment was taken! Immediately emailed company to say I did not order and please refund. "Margaret" then emailed to say my order was not despatched and did I want to add to it. Ignored that as then got another email saying order despatched so no refund. AVOID these they LIE & STEAL your money.

I went on advert they were running for Slim Coffee Booster I went on to have a look at prices and I only went onto 1 box for £19.99 but didn’t as there was no check out button so just came out and didn’t complete any order as decided against it and this company has taken 2other payments £24.94 and)£47.97 total £92.90
That I didn’t agree to and I sent several emails to them to say I didn’t want the items or a subscription and that I wanted my money paid back as iam an OAP I didn’t have that amount to spend and after sending the emails 20 mins later to say order had been shipped and I don’t believe that . This company needs shutting down the tracking number they gave doesn’t work.
There is no phone numbers and the emails don’t get a response .my bank can’t do anything until the pending payment goes through . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Everything is going great with coffee booster so far, it's on it way to me, the order went through the shipping has been sent and tracking is keeping me updated. I'm very happy so far.

I would not recommend this to anyone, they are scammers, they pushed through the payment and I ended up buying more than I wanted I emailed less than 2 minutes after receiving the confirmation email and saw they had double the amount and put a subscription to my order, an email said the order was already dispatched and it took 3 days of back an forth to make sure the subscription was cancelled and I would not receive anything else from them, absolutely disgusting company disgusting customer services and an absolute scam.

Awful company! It pushes you through the ordering process, so that I ended up ordering more than I wanted.
I immediately contacted them to ask them to stop the second part of the order but they said "Its already been despatched" - within 2 minutes of placing the order!
The.product tastes horrible too!

Overcharged for my purchase..took 3 times the amount I thought was due
