Unfortunately very disappointing!
Super motivated to try the HydroProtein Elixir my first disappointment came when opening the nice black box... it is half empty! Mixing the powder into a glass of water and it starts to clot. The biggest disappointment, however, is the taste. The Passionfruit version tastes awful. Will be finishing the half empty box and not reordering.

Love the Super Elixer
Love the Super Elixer. I have it after lunch and it helps keep me full until my next snack. It’s a greens drink people, it tastes fruity but isn’t candy or a smoothie. I honestly don’t get all the negative reviews. I tried clear protein and love the concept but don’t love the flavor so trying another one. Overall, ingredients are clean and I’m a happy customer.

The blood orange super greens
I ordered the blood orange super greens powder and the taste to me is so revolting that I’ve struggled so much to drink it and have now given up. I feel terrible for giving up because it’s so expensive but I literally can’t stomach it. The texture is also quite thick and a little gloppy. If you love it, good for you, but this is my experience.

Have been happy with a couple products and went back for a 3rd purchase wanting to trust this company
This rating could go up as I just placed another order. Here are a couple things with pricing:
1) purchased items when they were running a sales promotion - I did not receive the promotion and payed full price on the order.
2) Just now when I ordered - I was asked if I wanted a free sample - I said yes and was charged $5 dollars for the sample.
I really liked the protein powder and the pineapple elixier. The collagen from my initial order had a rotten fish-like taste but I made myself finish it because it was so expensive. I want to trust this company and the products they sell - giving them another go even though they slipped in the $5 charge for my free sample on the purchase I just made; left me wondering how much money they make by doing that - which free sample do you want? I would have said no to the free sample if I knew it would cost $5.

I actually love these products
I actually love these products. I'm currently using the green elixir and night time elixir. The hot chocolate tastes so good and helps me sleep. I have tried other brands of super greens in the past and they have tasted so awful I had to stop taking them. One particular brand made me vomit. But this one is great and makes me feel energetic and does wonders for my skin.

The super elixir made me feel sick and bloated. Never again. The one from Wholefoods - Green Vibrance Powder - has been around forever and makes me feel great. No bloating.

The Super Elixir does contain ingredients that moderate digestion and support overall gut health. For example, fructooligo-saccharides (FOS), has been included in the formulation for its prebiotic properties, meaning that it helps to feed the beneficial bacteria in our digestive system. However, FOS does have the potential to cause digestive symptoms such as bloating and gas in some individuals, particularly when first starting to consume, while your body adjusts to the supplement.
We would typically recommend halving the dose for the first 2-3 weeks to allow your body to adjust to your new supplementary regime.
We understand that wellness looks different to everyone and that this blend may not be suitable for you.

Don’t let your greens run out!
I have been using the super elixir for 2 months, I was very feeling fabulous, my skin was great , my cravings at night went away… overall fabulous. Then I forgot to reorder so I used another “green powder” for about 2weeks , I noticed the difference IMMEDIATELY!
I can’t believe the difference this makes . I won’t forget again!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, excuses about why I haven’t received my order and now they are not responding to follow-up emails.
I see that here on this platform they are not responding to reviews which highlight poor experiences - no offer to sort issues out- shocking!
No refund either!!

I was hoping for better front the product, it smells so bad like cat pee ( I got the passion fruit elixir one) and taste is not good. I was going to bring it on vacation for the extra protein and electrolytes daily but I don't know if I'll be able to stomach it :(

I have received the Super Elixir
Terrible taste - I just tried the Super Elixir original flavour, 300g. Oh dear, I can't stomach the taste, there is a slight hint of pineapple at first which is okay but it's followed by a terrible earthy after taste. It may be wonderful stuff for your health, but I have no idea how I am going to take this daily. Feels like punishment... what a waste of money, my recommendation to you is try a sample packet first before investing. Lesson learnt. Update June '25 : I am now trying the Blood Orange flavour, mixed with a little orange juice and water, it tastes fine. It is difficult to avoid lumps of powder when mixing in a cup so I shake it thoroughly in a 500ml water bottle- it makes a huge difference if blended well. I hope to feel the benefits soon. Customer services were very helpful. I have changed my review to a 4.

If I could give it six stars I would. The elixir is magical. Within a week of taking it daily my skin feels much tighter and glows with wellbeing. I was also quite blown away by this months subscription which came with a beautiful drinking bottle and sample of another flavour. When the product is this good to begin with I would never expect it to come with complimentary gifts, but I was delighted to receive them and now think even more highly of this company than ever before

An honest product, love it! 💚
Since I started using the Super Elixir I feel less down and I sleep better. I also have more energy. I really love the product, especially in combination with the Goddess Elixit. I tried three different flavors of the Super Elixir and they tasted just fine.
I don't recognize any of the bad service the other reviews are talking about.
The two products I used do as they claim.
Unfortunately my financial situation has changed and I can no longer afford it. Very unfortunate.

I have just received an order I did not order. All items will be returned as soon as I can. I don’t want any products from WelleCo. PLEASE STOP!!!!
I don’t know if you truly have issued a refund as you emailed me this morning at 04:00am!! I don’t trust you at all. This is very very frightening.
As I have requested please do not send me any more items, please stop this harassment!!!!
I will be informing the authorities here in U.K. because this is very highly unusual practice as these items are unwanted, have not been ordered.
And should this happen again I will inform the authorities internationally and I will inform the press, as this is something wasteful and it is harassment and I will issue a cease and desist notice, so right now this is your final notice, I am requesting that you stop sending me these communications and items. I don’t want anything from you.
For a long time I tried ending subscriptions and your algorithm on your app and website prevented me from ending the subscription the only way I was able to stop you from sending me items was to take my payment details from the account and even then you kept sending me emails saying you’d tried taking payments. I’m fed up of this. Yes I will be adding this to my Trustpilot feedback because this is very very sinister. I’m finding this very very frightening. Please STOP!!!!!!
