I placed an order during Black Friday (buy one, get two free) to test the product. I did not subscribe to any monthly plan. However, I have been receiving a product every month and being charged the full price, even though my account shows no active subscription. I have requested: (1) cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my account, (2) an immediate stop to all future shipments and charges, and (3) a refund of the charges already taken. I am currently awaiting their response.
As for the product itself, I tested it for several days and did not notice any improvement in my condition. The taste is okay, nothing special, and the claimed effects are not verified (at least in my experience).

I am a highly satisfied WelleCo client and regularly use several of their products, including the Super Elixir, Evening Elixir, Calm Elixir, Clarity Elixir, and Nourishing Protein. WelleCo Europe is a delight to deal with, in my opinion. I am on my 4th order and have experienced excellent customer service and fast deliver to Athens, Greece. (A total of 6 days from order made to delivered!) Bonus is being able to track the shipment and get delivery notifications via mobile.

Packaging is all recycable.

There are plenty of perks being a member and having the app. Occasionally there are bonuses to try or discounts given which is a nice way to try another amazing product.

I have been using many of the WelleCo products since December 2023, and they do exactly what they promise! I truly feel blessed having found supplements that empower my own wellness journey.

I had the best experience with WelleCo. I ordered a couple of products, the delivery was late it is true and first I only received half of my order. I sent them an email asking for an update and in less than a week I had my full order reimbursed and redelivered.
They were super nice over email, very responsive and solution oriented.

I have ordered two products from WelleCo on July 11th and still haven't received them. Moreover, when I wrote them the second e-mail to find out what's going on, no response from the customer service!
