Do not buy from. They are using stock images of the items and when the item arrives, its a cheap copy. You cannot return as they insist you return to China which obviously costs more than the item itself. If you fall prey to this con, contact your credit card company.

I have spent £44.95 on a co ord, which never was even shipped or arrived. Can anyone advise how to get my money back?

Don't let the London in the name fool you, this company is from China (I even googled where it was based to make sure and they had a registered office in the UK, but then the tracking said China). Shipping took weeks and when it did arrive it was poor quality and too small.

I bought 2 jackets, they both took ages to arrive. The quality is far lower than anticipated, for the price.
One has a funny smell and little marks but I am still unable to return them without paying a crazy return penalty. I won't be shopping here again.

AWFUL! Avoid. Quality of products are cheap and pictures advertised do not accurately represent what you receive. You live and learn. Hopefully despite having to pay shipping costs to return, I’ll get some money back but yes do yourselves a favour and swipe any adverts for this brand/company. Name implied London based, nope! China factory, cheap and nasty.

Products from China - cheap and nasty. They refuse to refund you unless you send the item back which costs more than the actual order. Then try barter with you to give you 15% etc back. Do not buy from this company.

Same as all other reviews… Cheap clothes sent from china that aren’t the same clothing you ordered. Then are asked to pay an extortionate return fee. Thankfully I quoted my consumer rights and they allowed me a full refund and to keep the item. However many others are having to pay this ridiculous price to return something they did not order.

Scam company. Will not be ordering again. Stay away everyone!

I am reporting you to trading standards and Action Fraud as this company is acting as a scam - selling sub-standard goods and then claiming you cannot offer refunds when either the item has not been shipped yet (cancellation - cooling off period) or stating that customers have to return them to China. There is no trading history for you and I have requested the details of the business owner and complaints process, which have been ignored. The conclusion is then that this is an internet based consumer scam and I have now reported you.

Absolutely terrible company. Clothes are beyond awful quality. Look completely different from what they advertise. For the price I paid I expected them to be semi decent. Returns cost more than the clothes. Complete scam company. Stay away.

SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy anything with this company- it comes from China so takes weeks to come and then the items are extremely cheap and not as described. Returning is every expensive as you have to pay for the return yourself which is £30 plus. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT purchase from this company!!! They are based in China and the clothing is nothing like advertised- different colour, very cheap materials and awful. Plus you have to pay to return it which cost me £32…the postage is way more than the clothes are worth. Scam company!

SCAM!! Wish I’d read the reviews below. Like someone else here, I ordered a leopard print bomber jacket and weeks later I received a cheap leopard print fleece instead, clearly not what I ordered. Company claimed I’d been sent the wrong item and I could return it to their warehouse in China at my cost which was more than I paid for the item.

Don’t be fooled by the name of the Company.. it’s not based in London it’s based out in China! Free shipping (they advertise Royal Mail as the delivery agent) and a 30 day money back guarantee. All in a bid to mislead you. What they didn’t mention is, the item takes an absolute age to arrive via a delivery agent I have never even heard of.
Like the other reviews, I received a cheap pair of very poor quality sandals that were plastic (not leather) for £39.99!!
I contacted them saying I was very unhappy, and wished to return them for a refund. An email came promptly back, saying that this would be at my own expense, and recommended I use a courier service to ensure they got them back. Obviously the return by this method would cost you more than the item!!
Please please do not order ANYTHING from this Company.

Ordered a leopard print bomber jacket and weeks later I received a cheap leopard print fleece instead, clearly not what I ordered. Have been trying to rectify ever since but keep getting the same email and company refusing to uphold their legal responsibility from Consumer Rights Act. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Cheap clothing shipped from china, don’t fall for the nice website, you can get the same items on Temu or shien for a quarter of the price if you like that kind of thing, the photos are not what you get delivered.

The products ship from China so take a good 2 weeks to arrive. When they then arrive you realise that the clothes are all made from 100% polyester and the images on the website are clearly from different material/products. What you end up with are very cheap looking clothes that aren't worth the price.
