Dr Mantas was my surgeon !
From start to finish airport pick up to after surgery airport drop off the experience was 5 star nothing was a bother I felt very looked after and with the best of care ,Dr Mantas was amazing and transformed my body better than I every expected the nursing staff where nice and helpful the only negative I had was the food

Wellness travel have provided me with an exemplary standard of care, the whole experience from start to end can only be described as exceptional.

From the initial contact and regular updates with Karolis who has kept me updated prior my visit and during my stay. Every query and question I had was answered promptly. The Wellness travel driver, Rijtos, was also prompt and on time for my pick up and drop off at the airport and would message me to confirm the timings.

The weeks stay at the hospital and the care I received from the nursing team and doctor Edith was excellent throughout.

The physio team, Will and V and their intensive support post op was amazing, after one week I was able to walk without assistance up the aeroplane steps on my flight home!
Dr Aurimas and his team have literally given me my life back, my mobility has improved significantly and my range of movement has returned. I can’t begin to thank Dr Aurimas for his professionalism and the excellent surgery which he carried out, not forgetting to mention the perfectly neat, small scar. His follow up visits to me throughout my week at the hospital to check in on how I was getting on was reassuring.
If anyone is contemplating or considering wellness travel, my advice would be, not to hesitate. My only regret is that I wish I had done this sooner.

Even down to the Kaunas hotel staff where I stayed before and after my hospital visit was excellent, the hotel staff even had plenty of ice packs and at my request a toilet riser was fitted in the bathroom post op for me.

WhatsApp Karolis,the go to man, 24th Jan for a phone conversation on 26th about everything to do with the op. From that everything moved very quickly. Had an over the phone consultation with Dr Aurimas Sirka2 weeks later. Organised flights and accommodation ( Ryanair were the only provider from Belfast International and one of the accommodations recommended was booked ( Moxy Hotel,would highly recommend, 11 days for my travelling buddy and for me either side of clinic stay ). Arrived Kaunas picked up by Karolis, Sunday the 1st March, all tests, ( x-ray, ecg & blood test carried out Tuesday 3rd.). Picked up from hotel, Wednesday 4th at 7.30am, taken to private room, op at 9.00am, back in room 11am. Ward was like an icu post op. Next morning up assisted walking tall simmer frame. Physio started 5th and continued with massage until I left for the hotel Wednesday 11th. My superd physios were William and Simona with the splendid Vainius over the weekend. Surgery was non avesive which really helps recovery time. Everything and every body I was in contact with were 100% professional, caring, knowledgeable and would go above and beyond to help.
My op + 7 day stay, physio + massage was less than half the price I was being quoted privately back home.
I honestly could not recommend this clinic highly enough. Surgeon said that I only had a couple of months, if that,before my hip totally gave way.
Don't waste time get it booked..

Great communication with one point of contact. Picked up and dropped too and from airport and hospital. Hospital is very professional and staff very experienced, my gastric Sleeve surgery has been life changing, absolutely no issues after surgery very minor scars. I got there on the Sunday, had my surgery on Monday morning. 2 day stay in hospital, when hope on the Thursday.

I have recently had surgery and no after care. The surgery did not improve and I contacted the clinic but have been ignored. I have now put in this complaint to the clinic:
I am writing with a serious compalint regarding surgery I had at your clinic January this year 2025.   I had a mini thigh lift and was informed when seeing the consultant there would be moderate improvement but to receive more I would need a full thigh lift.  I was happy with moderate improvement so went ahead with the surgery.

Firstly I am disgusted with no aftercare after my surgery.   I also wasn't happy with the results once the swelling had gone down but was told to wait.

However recently I text your clinic with photos as there is no difference at all with the before and after surgery except I have huge scars around my groin. But was ignored.

I have tried constantly to contact your clinic.  Recently they sent me a quote like I was a new patient enquiring about surgery, they didn't even remember me.  Then when I told them who I was and already had surgery I received a brief text to say the consultant has now said I need a full thigh lift.

Now after still being ignored I have sent all the photos to your showing no improvement at all.  In fact the last picture is today 19/04/2025.  I am heartbroken to be left with scars and no thigh improvement.  I spent over £4000 including flight and hotels and I want to take action against your clinic.  The consultant should not have agreed to the surgery.

I have posted this up on social media and expect an urgent response.   Picture are attached.  I really think your clinic needs to be under investigation.  You have taken money and this is now a huge problem for me and my life.

I travelled from Scotland to Lithuania on the 15th May to see Dr Linas Zeniauskas at Gijios Klinikos, for a hip replacement. After years of pain and with no success on the NHS I decided to go private. I had heard great reviews about Dr Linas and the team in Lithuania!!

So I started the process my contact was Karolis! who was very informative was so helpful throughout the process from even looking at suitable flytes. Karolis set up video calls with Dr Linas who I felt I had already met as had watched so much about his clinic and surgery procedures,
he answered all my questions made me feel so relaxed about travelling!

I first made contact on 23rd of March and was in Lithuania by the 15th May.

On arrival right from the start from airport to the clinic, my tests to meeting all the team they were all amazing every member of staff I can't thank them enough!
On the day of my surgery, Dr Linas Zeniauskas came to my room explained everything made me feel so welcome and relaxed, also met the anaesthetic and David my physiotherapist who was going to play a huge part in my successful recovery!!
Spent 3 days in the intensive care unit then to my recovery room for 12 days of intensive physiotherapy, where I met Vainius Petrauskas aka Big V he was head of the Physiotherapy team.

I can't thank the whole team enough everyone made me feel so welcome, so to the teams from the Dr Linas, David, Big V, the lady that gave me my leg massage everyday, all the nurses, cleaners everybody you were all amazing thank you so much ❤️

So l had a follow up conversation with a Lithuanian surgeon from Gigos Klinikos. He could not give me an assessment over the phone about my on going problem with shoulder impingement surgery only that the surgery was done as expected. As l have done the physiotherapy exercises for six months and l have symptoms worse now than when l started l can only say this surgery has failed.lots of clicking and pulling sensations in the acromonion joint.l regret having this surgery in lithuania.

my name is morgan, im 18 years old & from Australia. i had my breast reduction surgery done by Dr Mantas on the 27th february. i’m now 4 months post op and ive never felt better! my confidence has come back and i feel like a new and improved version of myself!

the whole process was so simple and amazing. i had a fantastic wellness representative, Karolis, who answered any questions or concerns within a day. the hospital was super modern and clean and the rooms were super spacious and comfortable. not to mention the fantastic ward nurses who looked after me when i wasn’t feeling too great after the surgery. one night shift nurse in particular who sat with me when i was upset and listened to me ramble on, she offered to sit with me throughout the night and comfort me until i slept. she was AMAZING! and of course, Dr Mantas. people are not lying when they call him Magic Mantas! he has completely changed my life, my breasts are so perky and perfect, no boxiness, they’re super full and rounded. he was so thorough whenever i had questions and made sure to comfort me and talk me through the whole process.

overall, i healed extremely quickly. after the one night in hospital, i rested for a full week until i flew back home to Australia. whilst in australia i followed the aftercare process to a T and made sure to ask my wellness rep if i had any concerns. i did have a couple of openings in my T junction around 4 weeks post op but thanks to the hospital, i had taken home all of my aftercare that they provided.

i couldn’t recommend wellness travels enough, with such friendly and supportive staff, first class doctors and nurturing nurses, they’ve given me all the help and support ive needed during my breast reduction journey. i will forever be indebted to them and hope i can repay them in person one day!

Had gynecomastia, upper back lift and aggressive liposuction on 28th June 2024 with Dr Karolis Cernauskis. From the initial message to Tomas from Well Ed’s travels to being dropped off at the airport the whole experience was amazing. All the staff went above and beyond. Healing nicely and like the look of the area already, can’t wait for the swelling to settle so can see the final outcome, will be returning next year for more surgery.

Suffering from arthritis in my hip and not even on the waiting list for a replacement in the UK, I contacted Wellness Travels who quickly responded with an exact price for both the operation cost and 1 week rehab with physio cost. Both these combined worked out at less than half UK price for operation only with no rehab. They said their driver collects you from airport and takes you to your hotel .Then again to take you to hospital on day of your operation and return you to airport when you decide to go home. So I went ahead with a date that suited me. 2 days before op they picked me up from the hotel took me to the hospital where I had an ECG, bloods taken and an XRAY then I paid for my operation it ran like clockwork and I was there in total for about half an hour then taken back to my hotel .Sure enough on day of operation picked up at exact time they stated. The hip replacement went well followed by 1 week of rehab and physiotherapy with various treatments. While there I met other patients from UK and Canada. The surgeon, doctor, nurses and physio staff at Gijos Klinikos were amazing, and clinic modern and spotless. Karolis who I mainly communicated with was really helpful. I was anxious about travelling abroad for this operation but it was the correct choice to make and I would have no hesitation in returning for more orthopaedic surgery. There were no hidden charges or extras, the price they quoted was the price you paid. To anyone considering going and are hesitant, I would advise you to go. The operation and follow up treatment is amazing

Dr Mantas is a magician! Very kind staff, great results, very professional. Aftercare is better than the UK. I would only consider Dr Mantas for my surgeries going forward!

Got a butched nosejob and it takes them months to reply on emails. too bad.

"I had two surgeries and was fortunate to have been in the hands of Dr Karolis Cernauskis. He truly has the “Midas touch” What a fantastic improvement he made to two, previous surgeries I had. I hope to return for another surgery as I cannot fault him or the wonderful team at the clinic in Kaunas.
Having had surgeries in the uk and paying double the price of Lithuania, I cannot praise them enough.

UPDATED: Spent thousands with Gijos Klinikos in Kaunas Lithuania arranged through Wellness travels getting various procedures which i was reasonably happy with done by Dr Giedrius Stankevicíus but My last surgeries, one which was to sort my nose and even out my odd nostrils which really bothered me was meant to be done by the nose surgeon but he didn't even have the decency to see me before the day of my op. However the day of the op I was due to have the final consultation with the nose surgeon he never bothered seeing me, instead I had to see Dr Giedrius again who would then tell the elusive nose surgeon what I wanted when I got to theatre. A bad start but I really wanted my nose done and paid and travelled all the way to Lithuania so I trusted the surgeon would be told exactly what I wanted.
To cut a long story short my nostrils and tip look absolutely hideous.I have no idea who did the procedure either, I guess it was Giedrius, cannot be sure. Im in bits over it and although I have repeatedly sent pics and emails of my disastrous result, the reps have now started ignoring me and not replying. They refuse to refund me and the last message they sent stated I would have to pay another £500 for the nostrils and over a £1000 for the tip as well if I wanted it fixed. I am furious! All the previous money I had paid them and my loyalty counted for nothing. My nostrils are a joke and I am still wearing a mask because of this. They are even more odd than before the operation - one is squished sideways and the other elongated and squeezed in. They messed up big time. Who doesn't examine a patient before he operates ! And to make my nose worse then want paying to rectify this is disgusting! I wouldn't trust them to cut my toenails now. Whatever they promise you will not get. One surgeon does a multitude of procedures which is not good. I am going to seek legal advice on this because they never fixed my nose,and another nose surgeon who I had look at it in the UK said the nostril one side needed structure as its collapsed; theyve made me look like a proboscis monkey. I will also be posting a YT video of how I ended up looking. I cannot afford to pay another surgeon unless they pay me back. Steer well clear of this clinic and Wellness travels. They know what they did yet havent even got the decency to reply now let alone refund me. Id left them good reviews before too. My face is ruined.
The date may not be exact as like i said i have had many surgeries with them. I just wanted my nose pretty and now they had my money but i am left with an ugly nose. I have depression due to this. Its terrible and they've treated me appallingly specially after all the ops I paid for with them giving them good custom.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Had my surgery year ago and couldn’t be more happy with the results, had no complications after surgery and am feeling so much better now then ever before. Thank you to everyone who helped me on my journey.

Fantastic service from start to finish, so efficient and professional throughout the whole process. They have a WhatsApp number that you can contact leading up to your surgery if you have any queries etc. I dealt with Karolis from the beginning of my journey from the initial enquiry to booking the telephone consultation with Dr.Dany & then my appt for 'in person consultation' to then booking in for the actual surgery. They speak fluent English which was a great help for me as I'm Irish and it made the journey alot more smoother and I was confident that they understood any concerns I may of had along the way. The whole process was 3mths from the initial enquiry to the surgery itself and it was all smooth sailing. Tomas collected me from the airport prior to my surgery & dropped me to my hotel & collected me on the day of my surgery. Tomas was so nice & friendly and being alone in another country I didn't feel uncomfortable once as Tomas and Karolis had made me feel at ease. Dr. Dany is a lovely man,he was happy to answer any questions I had prior to the surgery and came to check on me just before I was called down to the theatre to talk me through the process. All the nurses and staff were so nice and supportive during my stay at the hospital for 2days and made the journey so much easier. I honestly can't praise them enough, I highly highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having surgery. If I need any further surgery down the road for cosmetic reasons after the weigh loss I will definitely be booking it through the Wellness Travels & the Surgical Team. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart,you made this journey all the better and easier.

Everything went absolutely great. I had my surgery 1 year and half ago and I couldn’t be more grateful, I don’t have any side effects after my surgery and I feel super great. I had my surgery back in march 2021

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial communication by I email and follow up by text Karolus and Tomas fully explained everything. From the pick up at the airport delivery to hotel and collection next day to go to the clinic everything was faultless. The klinik itself was immaculate newly refurbished and the staff could not have been nicer.. Dr Donatas listen to me when I opted for a different type of surgery and performed same with excellent results.
I was very unnerved after discharge because the war in Ukraine had broken out and I was travelling alone however Tomas reassured me me.and put my mind at ease I was collected from the hotel to go to the airport at the time requested and off I went home I would highly recommend wellness travels, Dr Danys, Karolus and Tomas, Gijjos clinic for your surgery. Everything Since start I’ve had nothing but great things from here I’m stil in hospital and feel like a famous person nothing is too much trouble I havent felt stressed one bit here .. i have chose to stay in an appartment very close by I’m on my own and staying 3 week I’m being treated very very well
