Spoke to Miroslav regarding a membership issue, he managed to work his magic and get the problem fixed straight away without any issues. The app is amazing, works really well! Highly recommend this.

False promises.
The system is a great concept and it DOES pull the emails that land in your account from the month you sign up but it states you can pull all the historic invoices too if you pay extra which i did.
Unfortunatly this is just not the case. Im sure they INTEND it to work but it doesn't. My Wellybox was syncing with my emails for nearly 24 hours and it pulled absolutely ZERO invoices from before july 2025.
However, it did recieved the ones that landed newly in my inbox. So it seems to work for new invoices but dont be misled into thinking you can go back years and get your invoices. It's a waste of money and I will be requesting a refund due to being miss sold a product.

Feels very glitchy! Also, as others have said it isn't a trial as it doesn't seem to do anything other than coast and keep pointing you to upgrade and pay BUT without actually being able to see at all what is does.
