Wellybox makes it easy to get the assistance needed during the setup process and ongoing expense entry. I've been dealing with Miroslav in particular and he has been enthusiastic and happy to go above and beyond - always answering all of my questions and making sure everything goes smoothly. it's comforting to know I have this ongoing support as I continue to build out my entities, tracking and reporting!

The better you understand it, the more you get out of it.
I wasn't clear on exactly how to best use WellyBox and they were quick to follow up and show me how it can work for me. Some of my assumptions were wrong and after understanding the process I now feel this is an incredibly valueable tool. Not just for tax time, but throughout the year just 'keeping an eye' on bills which is something I don't do well.

Wellybox is a great product and our experience overall was very positive. While it ultimately wasn’t a match for our needs because of some unique complexities in our operation, we can absolutely see the value it offers. Miroslav was incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive the entire time.

Definitely a pain solver
Definitely a pain solver. Love the app. The support also helped me twice and managed to fix a few issues I had. The only concern is the availability - as always, I would be happy to get a faster response to my problem; however, nothing was urgent, so it is fine.

Thank you, Miroslav, for taking the time to walk me through the app. You delivered an excellent presentation and truly great client support. Unfortunately, the Wellbox itself did not perform as well as your service.
The app is slow to sync with email inboxes, the rules feature isn’t very effective, and the cost is high for the limited efficiency it provides. Hubdoc is more efficient than WellyBox if we automate forwarding emails into Hubdoc. Also, Hubdoc is better for backups and costs about $15 CAD/month with unlimited usage.
