After migrating from another platform, I can say with confidence that Wellyx delivers where so many others in this space simply don't. The yoga and fitness CRM market is full of overpromises and under-deliveries - Wellyx has been a genuinely refreshing exception to that pattern (and we would know, because we have tried most of them).
What sets them apart most isn't just the software - it's the people behind it. Support in this industry (as you may probably know) is often an afterthought, lots of the time a chatbot or a ticket queue that goes quiet for days. With Wellyx - you can actually pick up the phone and reach someone. When you're managing a live studio operation, that alone is worth a lot!
They're a smaller company, and honestly that works in your favour (it did in our case). They're agile in a way the bigger platforms simply can't be, they listen to feedback, take it seriously, and you can actually watch improvements roll out very quickly. The UI has evolved meaningfully since we started, and it keeps getting more intuitive.
Featurewise they punch well above their weight. The marketing module alone is impressive with segmentation, automation, rewards programs, a pop-up builder, even elements of gamification - all under one roof. For a platform positioning itself as an all-in-one, it genuinely lives up to that. You can see how we've implemented it (it's widely customizable) at goji.yoga.
Other noteworthy features are access control, scheduling, staff management, services and events, recurring classes, communications (such as SMS, social, in-app), sales pipeline, among other things - all that without the usual chaos. The full setup and integration took us a couple of weeks. Their pricing is fair and straightforward, with 24/7 human support.
No tool is perfect, and Wellyx is not either. If I was to add my wish list, I'd want to see more integration options (such as booking button in GBP among other things) — but they're clearly committed to getting it right and I could see them becoming one of the leaders in the category. We're confident it will help any serious fitness business realize its full potential - it certainly has for ours.

Absolutely do not purchase this app. I used it for my business. They promised all sorts of things promised me a promised me a certain amount and then overcharged me. The app was down for multiple days at a time cause my business thousands of dollars!!!! DO NOT Use!!!

I am not great with tech stuff and even worse at scheduling but she made it an easy transition I cant recommend them enough! I just wish I could schedule people out indefinitely. That would be my only gripe.

Sandra Castro and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with as we set up Wellyx for our dance studio! Our business has very specialized needs, which led to our team turning down a bevy of other booking platforms we talked with.
Having researched and talked with several booking platforms, Wellyx had what we required and at a competitive rate! Not only did the team at Wellyx confirm that they had the capabilities to handle our needs, they had a comprehensive onboarding to set up our booking nicely.

The team is very responsive and they aim to please all the time. That's something I consider to be very important.

We switched to WellyX from a different platform, primarily because we wanted a door access control system to work with a software.
Sales Process: we worked with JJ, who was great. Since we had a platform before, I knew exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to answer my specific questions and didn’t try to do a generic demo like some other companies did. He was honest and upfront, and once we knew the system checked all our boxes, we moved forward.
Door access control: since this was a major driver for us, it was VERY important. We made it a priority to arrange shipping for the hardware ASAP. It took just over a week to arrive which was reasonable given that it came from the UK. Installation was not as easy as we were told. The diagrams in the manual don’t match the hardware exact and there is some confusion between the master diagram and the lock specific diagrams. Luckily we have some friends who helped us out, and with some tinkering and help from support we got it figured out. Now it’s up and running, it’s incredible and members love it!
On-boarding: each call there was a team to help out and they would customize things live as we were going through training. I’m not the easiest person to deal with at times but they were always happy to tackle my list of questions I had at the beginning of each call, even move around sessions to accommodate. My recommendation to others is to spend time on your own familiarizing outside of training because there’s a decent amount to get comfortable with, and it helps to speed up the process by learning basics on your own then let the team guide you through features that are not as obvious. Towards the end, Emma took lead on our on-boarding and worked hard to make sure we hit our launch date. She was very easy to get responses from (mostly be email) but would also call me direct to walk me through specific things. Without the on-boarding team it would have taken several extra weeks to get switched across.
Switchover: any business who has gone through this knows it’s a pain in the backside. WellyX took a lot of this stress off of our plate, transferred our members to the new platform, transferred recurring payments, and even scheduled our go-live email.
Overall: we have no regrets switching to WellyX. It meets our business needs, and we continue to receive 5 star service from their team.

I can't remember if I found wellyx on social media or if they reached out, but I'm glad they did. We are a golf simulator business that was using a different software in the past, wellyx offered a better solution, initially I was skeptical but our initial calls were so good that I decided to give them a try.
Working with them has been very easy and they have been very supportive as I make this transition. The support team is definitely a highlight. They are very responsive and helpful.
Best of all I get a better software for less the price!

For over a year, I've been interested in getting an online membership/registration platform for my small business, but had no success because I didn't know where and how to look. In early July, I received a "cold call" asking if I needed, what seemed to be exactly what I wanted and needed. I set up a meeting for the next day, and the rest is history.
After the initial conversation, I was sold. I purchased the package for the year. The platform, Wellyx, seemed like it would answer all my questions and attend to all my business registration needs. Everything that I asked about, I was told the program could do.
Shortly thereafter, I began having daily onboarding sessions with the amazing staff to get ready for the start of the new season. (What I love most is that the team is very personable, understanding, empathetic, and genuinely seem concerned wanting me, the customer, to get exactly what I want.)
Just recently the integration happened, and we are now live allowing the general public to use my website, via the Wellyx widget, to register for classes, join the gym, purchase apparel and gift cards, and join the rewards program to name a few. I'm simply pleased.
The learning continues and they are amenable to meet, email, and chat whenever needed. I hope the relationship continues as I plan to be around for the long haul if their business model doesn't change.

My company has recently tried to send an email blast to our database on Wellyx marketing module. The setting up of the email template is not smooth to say the least.
1st email blast, the hyperlinks (the line under the words and the coloured line for the link) did not show on Outlook emails as we had designed, the colour we set changed when our email recipients received the email in Outlook. There is a Test Send before the campaign goes out but what you see is not what you get. We spent hours to get the layout and Call to Action buttons to stand out in the colour we wanted and again the "Test Send" would show how we have designed it but when the campaign is set, all the CTS buttons are gone and not showing. The. reversed white text we labelled the CTA button did not show against the white background so recipients could not see all the CTA buttons to click on them so we got xero results but more people wanted to Unsubscribe as the email looked like an unfinsihed spam email that was sent out.
Wellyx's supoprt team tells me the frist campaign was an issue with how Outlook and Gmail have different blocking of graphic displays on emails.
The second campaign we did with no CTA buttons..... their reply was some people got them......sorry not the clients we asked if they got a proper email message as we have designed.....I have asjed Wellyx for a report of how many peopel got the email as it was designed and how many were "messed up" I have been waiting for over a week and they still can't give me an answer nor can they explain to me what the issues are they caused this mess up with my second campaign.
I paid for sending to extra recipients (my package get some 3000 recipients included and I had to pay extra for extra contacts to be emailed as our entire database is more than 3000). I asked Wellyx for a refund as their Marketing module is obviously not ready to work properly and to be sold to any client. They have ignored my request and I am still left wondering and I am still chasing for an answer on the refund as well as what happend.
Their Support team's service can be rated as great for the couple of people who knows their stuff and actually listens but some support staff have made me question life and I felt like headbutting my head against my office wall because they don't get what I say to them and what the problems are so I need to ask for someone more sewnior whom I can communciate with.....it's not a language issue more a logic issue.
There are some basic things that makes the system hard to use, for exmale when you search for a client, there is not a phone number field for you to enter the client's phone no to find their account, you either enter the client's name or their email.....the POS is very basic
The Wellyx system has no integration with any accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks which means you have to export sales records in an excel and then import to Xero for exmaple...not very smart if their aim is to help small to medium size wellness centers, gyms and spas.
Their POS / web store module has very limted design flexibility to terms of colours and fonts and the way it is structured does not allow easily categorisation of different product types, it can group a collection of a product type but it suck at giving flexibility to have sub- categories.....for example you have a collection called Supplements but if you want to create a sub categories such as: Vitamins / Minerals / Probiotics for example you cannot get a nice webstore design like you would on Shopfy for example and this is why we still have kept ours and not moved our enter inventory over to Wellyx.
My Pilates Studio was at a crossroad with the Booking software and Merchant processing we were using. To support my community and the growth of the Studio, a change was required. I needed to work with a company who listens and cares. Working with Wellyx has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch, cutting-edge solutions and support. They took the time to understand our unique needs as a Boutique Pilates Studio and developed tailor-made solutions that exceeded our expectations. I'm sorry but you have been misinformed by your hiring team. I have the recording of the interview where it was stated that feedback would be given the next day.
Further more there was no confusion at all as the word'podcast' was never used. That is a blatant lie. It was stated by me that I am quite clear on what the company is as I've been in a similar role with companies such as Amazon and ReserveBar. The word podcast was never used or even related to.
There was no real time feedback, again your interviewer stated feedback would be provided the next day.

We had been using Mindbody and had switched to Push Press but within a month realized that Push Press could not support several of our requirements.
We met with Wellyx and determined they could support the majority of our requirements. Emma and her onboarding team met with us and provided the necessary training to allow us to go live in a relatively short amount of time. We are not a big box gym but are a personal training facility and also offer various classes. Wellyx provides us the ability to offer memberships for personal training, the ability to schedule individual classes and also packages that combine the two. There are a few additional capabilities that would enhance our use of Wellyx and we appreciate they are willing to look at the possibility of adding these in the future.
