I have ordered from this store several times, and it's typically smooth sailing. However, my last order has gone missing, and while I understand it's not the fault of the store itself, I have sent multiple emails, tried to contact them on social media, and just had no acknowledgement at all.
I've even contacted them on an email that they provided to others who had complaints, as their website support section seems to be down.

It's disappointing, and I hate leaving any kind of negative review because you never know what kinds of issues the staff are having. But, when it's been over two weeks of being ignored, it gets frustrating.

Very good shop if you are a collector very wide range of collectibles but due to the lack of Lego compared to pokemon and other collectibles. Would love to see more Lego being introduced.

Order was quick and easy to place, arrived quickly, packaged amazingly! No faults with the items absolutely love everything they sent! Seem like a great company, might have to visit in person sometime.

Fast delivery. Well packaged item. Good communication of order progress via email.

Came to the shop today traded in some cards got 33 pound got a perfect order booster box and got a 88 pound card the service is good and everyone is super kind

I just got delivered my first set of singles (many more to come in the near future) from you guys and I loved them there are in Mint condition and they each get there own top loaders which I love because other places they do it like a sandwich one in the front one in the back and that's it which is not the correct way of doing it. But just a little personal pet peeve of mine you guys send everything in a top loader could you possibly put like a sticky note strip on the soft sleeves so they can easily be taken out of the top loader this is just a person pet peeve nothing major.

I ordered 2 cards online from them, I noticed that I thought they'd priced one of the cards too low mistakenly. I sent them an email pointing out the mistake 15 minutes after ordering, I even offered to pay more for the card than was listed to work something out.
I didn't receive any reply to my email, they did cancel half the order and shipped it without any communication.
A simple " Thank you for pointing that out, unfortunately we won't be able to sell for the price listed, would you still like to go ahead" is all that was needed and I would have completely understood mistakes happen.
Communication is poor and frankly rude. Will not be using again in future.

*Edit* Thank you for the update on what happened and the packs you sent out. I completely understand mistakes like that happen, just always try and notify people before sending out an order.

Outstanding customer service from a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team. The staff have always shown endless patience for my children as they select their purchases, and package the trading cards with exceptional care. I couldn’t recommend We Love Collectibles more highly.

In an age of clowns charging £10 for 10 comic covers and boards. Thank goodness for these people. Stuff came to me almost the same day. There current comic covers will do the job and acid backing boards also and yes fit todays comics. If your looking for hermetically sealed mylar then you should be probably cgc ing your comics 🤣

Large variety of stock in store and the owner was very welcoming and helpful- bought some of their one piece single cards and the owner replaced the sleeves with new ones and also placed them in toploaders. Great service would recommend 100% and I will be visiting again for sure.

Great prices , I bought a deerling art card from temporal forces off of here and it came with no damage and looked great . Would recommend 👌.

Absolute amazing customer service and staff are all friendly and amazing especially the owners. products arrive in pristine condition no matter if ordered from TikTok or there main website. Have made multiple requests for items which they have done there best to source and mainly successful to get every single one. Would fully recommend to everyone who is interested in collecting cards

First time using this company and a big thumbs up from me. Arrived within three days of order and nicely packed. But the fact the Pokémon cards were double sleeved individually (in a light plastic sleeve then a tougher sleeve) was above and beyond!

Good price, Fast delivery but no extra packaging on their cases. Booster boxes inside the case arrived damaged. Wouldnt buy a case from them again

EDIT, to reply to their comment: I would never suggest to "repackage" a booster case, that would be absurd. Just place the sealed case in a second box as these cases you got are not the generic UK wholesale cases which are nice and strong 2 walled boxes which can survive the delivery process. These are EU, flimsy single walled cardboard, similar to the weak amazon boxes. They are not sutible to send high value items. A double walled box costs about £1 / £1.50 max. I think this minor cost for high value items. I bet you send you low value £20/£30 items in a box so why is it so hard to send your high value £600 orders in a box as well... Might be back for small orders in the future but booster case will be bought elsewhere unless this process is changed.

Also the comment about "environmentally friendly" is just BS, trying to look good, stop lying. Me returning this damged case would be worse for the enviroment then adding it in another box. Luckily for you this case is hard to find right now otherwise it would be getting returned
