Just to clarify, hello@wemoney.com.au is our active support address and our team is available during business hours. If you've reached out and haven't heard back, please try again and we'll make sure you're looked after promptly.

On the monthly credit report entries, these are "file access notes" and not credit enquiries. They don't impact your credit score and aren't visible to lenders or any other credit providers. This is how WeMoney retrieves your free monthly credit score update via Equifax's "Access Seeker" method, which is completely separate from a hard enquiry. Equifax outlines this directly in their consumer FAQ.

If you'd like us to close your account and stop future file access notes, just reach out at hello@wemoney.com.au and we'll sort that for you straight away.

I have now sent 5 emails to WeMoney…

I have now sent 5 emails to WeMoney support without answer.

Initially I contacted them because of two issues:

1) My networth tracking is never available beyond around a month, even though I paid for the premium version and have been a member for years.

2) My outgoings are always tiny and my incomings massive (in their system only, unfortunately, not actually the case).

When I contacted them, I got a pretty standard response about these issues, which was clearly designed to convince me to go away and there was no effort to actually resolve either of these issues.

I then replied back and when I didn't hear back, I contacted them again every few weeks. All my emails were respectful and factual, but yet I didn't receive any respons for my past 5 emails. I'm very disappointed with WeMoney and will not recommend it to anyone.

Credit scores can sometimes vary due to the timing of when they were last fetched, as WeMoney updates scores monthly directly from Equifax and Experian.

Just don’t. Better apps out there. Requested a ‘quote’ through the app for debt consolidation which was NOT supposed to affect credit score. Total bs as it did.

The simplicity of being able to find my…

The simplicity of being able to find my way around your app giving me options I didn't think I was able to have. Having approached other lenders and being told sorry we can't help you is deflating and very disappointed. WeMoney showed me that i had options and not just one so it gave me hope of getting out of my current financial predicament.
I am a single mum of 2 grown boys now but I wanted to give them everything I could in this world but I ended up with partners who placed me in financial ruin.
Now with the help of WeMoney I have been able to reassess how I save and what debt I am in because they gave me the tools to do so. Thank you I am travelling to Japan on the 1st of December and I have saved $14000 to make this a trip of a lifetime for myself and my boys.
If you ever feel that you will never get out of your financial rut don't be afraid to look at WeMoney they are there to help and guide you.

This app has changed our lives

This app has changed how we spend (and therefore save). I absolutely love how it tracks the history of all transactions to date, budgeting is easy, it linked into all our accounts without an issue. Absolutely love and trust this app completely.

Read most of the 1 star reviews and…

Read most of the 1 star reviews and still decided to give this app a go, I dont find the 1 stars very fair as most seem to based around syncing or privacy issues, Really if your'e looking for an app to help track financials you have to be willing to have some give with security. Granted I did change all my passwords after linking the accounts but they are still working for tracking so no issues there. As for the delayed tracking on transactions, for a free app I can certainly deal with anything up to a 24hr delay, I should know what i spent 5 minutes ago without an app telling me.

Reasons its not 5 star - Some linking's are broken - CMC investments for one which isn't great considering its even the platform they are advertising ( I already had an account and linking seems broken),

The catagorising and auto adding bank transfers (even to accounts also linked and tracked) takes a little training with what to ignore but is simple enough to do)

Promises a lot, devil in the detail

Looked great at the start, been using Pocketsmith for many years. I liked Wemoney at the start because it linked to coinspot and other investments. However, the updating of transactions is rubbish. Takes hours and hours to sync and support makes excuses and is unable to assist. Regret paying for the subscription

linking and login in issues

Zippay account wouldn't link, kept telling me it was an error and to visit the zippay website... but literally gave no instruction or indication of what the issue was or how to fix. Then tried to login to the web version and it just sent me in an infinite loop of sign up page, to log in page, to sign in using google, verify google account aaaaand then straight back to the sign up page.

Pitty, it has a lot of great potential but if you're like me and looking for a budget app because you're time poor - spending 90mins troubleshooting a 'user friendly' app just isn't good enough.

Bad institution connection flow

Would be a good product but the account verification process and financial institution connection keeps breaking. Please improve the flow so that I can reference a different window to grab my credentials without the whole task crashing.

Set it all up and it's tedious

Set it all up and it's tedious, then my income is listed as an expense . So whole ap is total useless. I suggest look elsewhere. Great idea but seriously flawed .
