Ordered a leather jacket their description say real leather only to have cheap plastic PU jacket delivered. Contacted the company to rectify and they send the very same thing. Now i have 2 ugly cheap jackets that i do not want and they wont refund.

Don't buy from this company they are frauds.

Ordered a shirt paid £37.50 reduced from £60. Absolute rag, poor quality material. Asked for a refund was toldi can get10% and keep the rag. NO. or I can have credit to spend on another rag. Wish I had read the reviews before buying . SCAM
Is there anything that can be done against this company to prevent other people being scammed

I ordered a leather jacket which was definitely not sized correctly so they replaced it and yes you've guessed correctly ive got the same problem. So I contacted this so called company for a address to sent back jacket for a refund, they are now telling me that the time has run out and they don't have an address or head office. So I've got a jacket I can't where and no hope of getting a refund. Don't shop with this company for your own sanity.

Ordered a woolen jumper for £41.95 supposed to have been reduced from £80+
Took ages to arrive, came from China which it did not state, posing as a Belgian company! When it finally arrived I could not believe my eyes, it wasn't what I had ordered at all, it was a really cheap looking thin material with a white supposedly shirt collar and bottom layer hanging below and was in a large size. It was worse than something you would see in a cheap.market! Complained and only given option to return to china at my expense, accept a credit to use against another purchase (as if!) or keep it and accept a 10% discount, which I opted for as being the best of a bad bunch.
Do not buy from this company, SCAM !!!!!

The buttoned cardigan i ordered was nothing like the photo, inferior quality dull and not a chunky cardigan like is advertised, terrible. Now I am trying to get a full refund which I am finding very very difficult. So have warned them to credit my account, if not I will see my bank. Awful company.

I would not recommend this website to anyone . Absolute scam . Low quality items , not transparent to their customers that they are drop shipping cheap clothes from China ( overcharging customers ). When asked for a full refund they will do anything to keep your money . Luckily when you explain the situation to your bank you can do the chargeback . Stay away !!!!

This company does not tell you on their return policy they do not do refunds i was offered 30% of value of item pure scam

I ordered a coat which looked great in the photo and the description was just what I wanted. When it arrived nearly three weeks later supposedly from the Netherlands it was nothing like the one shown. The quality was awful and it looked like a rag. Neither the style nor length as shown. I contacted Wen boutique who offered me a part refund to keep the item. I told them I needed the refund to purchase another coat but they were totally uninterested . I was yhen told I had to return it to China at my own cost for a refund. I ended up out of pocket having to accept a part refund and giving the rubbish coat to charity. They are disgusting and I don't know how they sleep at night

Awful company AVOID. Bought a dress for a wedding, it didn't arrive on time. They will not issue a refund even though it has never even been tried on! I dont want store credit i wanted a full refund.

Dress material was disgusting sizing was wrong. Having difficulty getting money back. Do not buy from this company,

Do not ever consider purchasing from this company.
I tried to buy some dresses and i had a couple of dresses that were the wrong size and didnt look right. I followed the returns procedure listed on their website and wen boutique are absolutely refusing to just simply send me a returns form so i can send the dresses back and get a refund.
