I ordered 4 fixtures in color temperature 2700K but only received 2 in color temperature 3000K. When I contact Wenche about this I get no answer, no return label, no invoice and no solution to this problem. Definitely not recommended !

This site is SCAMMY. I should have trusted my gut on this one, but alas the prices were too enticing. Here's the deal, They did actually deliver a real product - In my case the Ahni Light. However, I requested a custom dimmable version and I spoke with a customer service representative that reassured me that the light was rated IP65. This is important as I was going to install these lights in a shower.

The light that arrived is 100% NOT wet rated with holes and wires exposed, is extremely cheap in quality with thin wires and led strips, and the dimmer I paid $15 extra for is actually a remote control receiver that came with a remote that is entirely in Chinese and hardly dims the light at all.

The kicker is also that I left a review on their website and it has been deleted. I should have known that a site with 0 bad reviews is sketchy... Lesson learned. You get what you pay for... I am not even going to try to return these considering the other reviews here... I will find a different application for them in my home but I honestly may just toss them as they look REALLY cheap.

Received order but I am not satisfied with the product, website 100% satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund. Initially had sporadic engagement via email and now silence (support-at-wenche.co) and have attempted to call (1-323-207-6558) and it goes straight to busy signal.

Similar to other reviews this company does not answer emails or phone calls. There’s effectively no returns because of this. The product is right from China (box was in another language). Avoid doing business with them.

They sent a damaged product that was not working and they dont answer anymore to ship back a new product after i sent back the damaged one.
Note that their products are aliexpress dropshipping products…

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
They don’t answer your emails and make it impossible to set up a return.

Sent a completely different colour of glass which was not advertised and they offered to send a clear glass as a solution but it would have arrived too late for my project. Asked for a refund but never received a response.

I ordered two lamps for an interior design project well in advance. The tracking number provided never worked, which was extremely frustrating. I attempted to contact customer service numerous times to follow up on my order, but I never received a response.

The lamps finally arrived almost a month late, which negatively impacted my project. Since the day they arrived, I have been trying to contact the company to arrange a return, but they have not responded at all. It has been 20 days since my initial attempt to reach out to them regarding the return.

This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
