I just took part in a Social Media webinar with Carol. It was a great session, very informative and helpful.
She gave us a lot of tips and and information about the various platforms and how to use them depending on our type of business. Lots of new ideas and strategies and some advise in my own niche, how many times and when to post.
This has boosted my confidence in Social Media and will put the tips into practice.

Just took part in a marketing course with Carol. It was very informative. She highlighted the importance of adding value. That marketing is designed to capture the attention of clients. It is for persuading the consumer. The importance of providing the customer low risk action. Highlighted that the customer is not driven by price. That in order to find the perfect customer first create the perfect customer. What do they look like? To engage / market your company 3 times a day 7 days a week. Thank you very much.

So far I had two seminar with Carol now. She shared valuable experiences and up-to-date information in marketing and nourished me as a small business. Very well prepared and informative. I found many of the courses from Wenta are free of charge and CPD awarded. They are absolutely helpful to small business and starts up. Just don’t miss them!

Just had a webinar on ECommerce with Carol Allen. Very informative as I needed to understand the importance of having a sound strategy before I set up my own Ecommerce store. I'm very practical so would also suggest visual examples on getting started and set-up would be useful too.

Delivered by Carol Allen, this was an inspiring, detailed webinar which was easy to follow and delivered at a steady pace. Aimed at beginners, it covered single and multi-vendor stores, solving potential customer needs with a product. The importance of knowing the market and choosing the product to sell; having a strategy; understanding the order fulfilment process; segmenting the market and the order fulfilment process.

I have attended a Webinar with Carol and I received value for this course. I learnt so much about selling online and the pros and cons and how the cons can be turned into pros. It has been really informative. I am looking forward to putting into practice what I have learnt. I will be attending the marketing Webinar next

Carol Allen shared marketing ideas for my business, really useful and thoughtful insights and ideas into ways of developing aspects of my work that I'd never previously considered.

I found the free webinar so helpful, as a person who is keen to start a business but not knowing where to begin. I’m grateful to have received the advice and templates to help me think, plan and get started. I look forward to joining further webinars to help get me up and running in the best way. Thank you!

Like what they're doing, and really good service so far.

It's free business support, so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but from what I can tell the advisors are people that have actually been there not just people that have went through business support training (which also wouldn't have been terrible for free support).

Working with them on one-to-one business advice through Matt, so on a personal level of how good the support is, I can only comment on him but if I'm not mistaken there's the ability to change if the advisor isn't a fit for you.

On Matt, I like his straight-to-the-point approach, it feels like he genuinely cares and feels like he actually gets it. Currently working on implementing more structure around marketing with putting so much structure in that it feels corporate.
