Despite an initial hiccup with the booking system which ate up 5 minutes of my call with Carol (just to add, the hiccup was neither Carol nor my faults). The rest of the 40 minute call (which is free) was a good length of time to discuss my query, share my screen with Carol to show her my query and for Carol to share her screen with me to show me resources online that were very helpful in resolving my query.
