My fiancée and I were extremely happy using Wenup. We found them to be a quick, straight-forward, and fantastically affordable service. We were assisted by Maria (mostly) and James who were both friendly, efficient, and always on-hand to assist with any queries. Our Lawyers Flavia and Lisa were also friendly, informative and easy to deal with. We highly recommend.

We used Wenup and their own service was excellent, however the solicitors they refer you to can be very hit and miss. I used Flavia Lamia who was great, my wife used Ben Tisdall who gave very poor service throughout. I would urge Wenup to refresh their panel solicitors and retain only the ones who live up to the standard expected.

We found the whole process very helpful and an ingenious system, considering the relative complexities of a prenuptial agreement.

Totally recommend this brilliant service! Although you really never really want to go through this process (or a divorce) it’s made so much better by using Wenup. Getting married is stressful enough but protecting yourself financially shouldn’t be and this is an excellent service provided by James and his team. The Barristers were extremely professional (I’m still in awe of Maria - She’s amazing!) and the whole process just took a few weeks which kept us within the legal timeline before our wedding - Something our local Solicitors doubted they could do. After lots of research I came across Wenup. I looked into if their prenup had all the elements that would make the prenup valid. I looked into the company and reviews. I was very happy with what I found.

I actually had 2 free consultations with James and fired lots of questions at him. He answered them all.

James was very clear, knowledgeable and patient. He talked me through the process and the whatsapp feature was super helpful if I had a question at an unsociable hour. They were very responsive and accommodating.

You can create your prenup over time or you could do it quickly if needed.

We each had a log in, added our details and then James quickly created our document. Within a few days we each had an appointment with an independent barrister. Both were fantastic and put us at ease.

James checked in with us at every step and he was so lovely.
