We Save was recommended to me by a fellow business owner, as they had a good experience for their electric comparison. We also had a very good experience and decided to go with their quote. Polite and courteous staff (we used Rob) and exceptionally good communication and timely responses. I am also assured that there is also very good after service should this be needed.

Rob Stapleton has helped us with both our electricity and gas contracts. We chose to go back to him each time as we trust him to provide us with timely and accurate advice, in a professional, non-pushy manner. As an expert in his field, we also turned to him when we were having issues with our solar panel export meter. This wasn't part of his remit, but he took the time to help us to sort out the problem we were having. We were very grateful as we had hit a brick wall elsewhere. We like to use We Save not only because they are a local, Cornish company, but also because they work for the benefit of the environment. As a BCorp company, this is important to us. We were very pleased to receive our Plant One certificate confirming that a tree will be planted in Cornwall as a result of our new energy contract.

I get fed up with calls from companies informing me they can save me hundreds of pounds.
However, as I was about to come out of contract I took the call. So glad I did as Rob has been the ultimate professional to deal with.
The after service has been brilliant too.

Alex was one of the most helpful and pleasant utility sales people I have ever met! He cold called me to see if they could be of use to us as the electricity contract for the Church was due. Nothing was too much trouble. He identified our requirement and negotiated a saving of over 60%! We are well pleased with his help and delighted with the outcome. Rob contacted me and normally I am reluctant to speak to energy advice companies if they have called me. However his approach was refreshing compared to other similar businesses.
I thought the chart that he provided showing the different suppliers with there rates was very useful. As you could see for yourself the savings and the different options available. This rather than just being given one option and not seeing it on paper.
