We contacted the OurSpell-Team in search of a technology partner for an online payment gateway. After reviewing different other players in the market, we were surprised by the great design and customizability of their product. Besides that, we always received quick responses to our questions.

Everything is clear and natural—clear interface and settings.
Spell's team are open-minded persons. Almost all customisations that are needed for cooperation with merchants are possibles. The Gate is running reliably.

The way it should be done in 2021...
Great team, very friendly and approachable.
Had a demo call with one of the C-levels about co-operation and I already see we are gonna make something great here.
Very comprehensive and transparent approach with a very down-to-earth attitude, which is an indicator that people are actually doing something and not just focusing on overselling the solution, which is, by far, the biggest problem in the payment industry.

The support is unprecedented - every time we ask a question or for help, they have already considered it and are prepared with the answer/solution. They never miss a deadline, constantly strive to provide the products you need, and everything they produce is beautiful, in terms of design, UX, and integrations.
The team, ethos, and commitment is what sets them apart from the rest - they just happen to have an incredible product too.
