Westbury Windows & Joinery Opiniões

Whole new house build with Westbury windows and doors specified including roof lantern, french windows, side doors, front door (so beautiful). They were fantastic at setting dates, communicating, scheduling and delivering on time - all the way to Cornwall.

Everyone from architects, to builders, to visitors has commented on how lovely the windows and doors are. They work smoothly and are very, very solid.

Follow up with lost keys, child-proof latches and extras ordered at the last minute has been first class.

Highly recommend 💯

We have recently completed our full house renovation which included brand new windows and doors throughout…and a lot of them…as well as some bespoke window framed shapes into the gable of our barn. The team at Westbury were brilliant from start to finish. The product is first class: the patience they showed to allow us to get the exact RAL colour right was excellent; the bespoke detailing to convert into reality the architect’s design intentions was critical; the partnership with our builder was very professional; delivery timelines and commitments were all as they stipulated or better etc etc. all of it was done so professionally, patiently, and respectfully. It was an expensive part of the renovation but the product and service was and is superb and such an integral part of the overall look of the house.

I had a large extension garden room installed on our property in 2025 and wanted additional 'sliding' doors or 'pocket' doors made to compliment the rooms next to the garden room. I was not going to risk a less than competent joinery company to create those doors to my exact specifications.
Westbury Joinery did not disappoint and were as professional as my previous experience. From communication, layout plans, quality of product and aftercare, I was taken care of very well.
The process is not fast, and nor did I expect it to be. Everything is measured to the millimeter and I was kept apprised of the production and delivery times. This allowed me to schedule in the trade accordingly.
The builders who built the wall to house the pocket doors mentioned how well labeled and easy it was to assemble the doors on site.
Their product and service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering windows or doors to a high spec. Simply outstanding. Thank you Olivia and Team.

Easy communication and great customer service. Have dealt with Olivia throughout and have always found her to be extremely helpful.

So pleased with my new front door from Westbury Windows & Joinery. Not only does it look elegant but have really noticed how much warmer my hallway is now, since it has been fitted.

We chose Westbury to design and supply the front door for a house we have just renovated. They are a first class operation from top to bottom. After an interesting and impressive tour of the factory we were expertly guided through the design process, including picking a style to suit us and our house aesthetic. They were on time, on budget and we're delighted with the result.

I can't recommend them highly enough!

After an arduous search for the ideal sky lantern and French doors, I came across Westbury Windows on the internet. I drove 4 hours from Gloucestershire to Suffolk to check out their show room. I was absolutely blown away by a vision of an array of stunning windows, French doors and lanterns along with the very helpful personalised treatment I received. In a nutshell I now have an absolutely gorgeous light and airy extension with an exquisite lantern, French doors, plus window, which elicit gasps of admiration

Ordered a door from Westbury. All the team have been great from start to finish, the designers came up with excellent ideas. It has completely changed the look of our house, I am so impressed with the quality feel and would not hesitate to order from them again.

We have replaced the wooden windows and French doors in our period property over a number of years using Westbury Windows. Their customer service on the three occasions we've used them has been excellent, with them providing on site visits and always happy to answer questions and provide advice.
All of the windows and doors supplied are of excellent quality and significantly enhance the appearance of our property. The build quality is of a very high standard.
I couldn't recommend Westbury highly enough!

Workmanship and customer service at its best! Having dealt with Westbury Windows and Joinery for several years commercially we had no hesitation in appointing WWJ to install our roof lantern and bi folding doors to our new orangery at home. Several years later when we needed some maintenance their after care team responded immediately. We have absolutely no hesitation in championing this Company where customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Mr and Mrs B- Essex

We gave a sizeable order to Westbury Windows for our new build house. The service we received was first class. We went to their factory before giving them our order and we were very impressed with what we saw. They were very pleasant and a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and responded to all enquiries efficiently.
We were very satisfied with everything that was produced for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I got in touch with Westbury not really knowing what we wanted for our Garden Room, all we knew was we didn't want the normal.

We met with Rob and his team and can honestly say we were hooked and loved the products that Westbury had to offer.

We used the Westbury fitters to install the product and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

Extremely professional from start to finish and provided us an amazing product!!!

Westbury are so easy to deal with, run an efficient and personalised service and on the rare occasion that there are any snags they have always gone the extra mile to rectify. Over various projects we have specified sliding sashes, casements, French doors and windows, entrance doors and other bespoke joinery. Westbury have always delivered top-quality service and products

We purchased a roof lantern from Westbury at the end of last year and our experience from start to finish was brilliant.

Our sales advisor, Rob, was superb. He guided us through the process, steering the design so it really complemented our Georgian house. In hindsight our original idea wasn’t quite right and Rob was really knowledgable when it came to getting this right for us.

After install we had a couple of remedial bits but the after sales team immediately arranged for somebody to come and have a look and it was all rectified pretty swiftly.

We’re really pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Westbury.

Westbury stands out as an exceptional team to collaborate with – a pleasure to work alongside. Possessing commendable skills and exceptional attitudes, Westbury showcases the perfect blend of expertise, especially in product finishes.

Olivia and Kim played pivotal roles in presenting us with an array of choices and options for our main door, hallway folding door, and windows. Their attentive approach to understanding our needs and preferences, as well as aligning them with the essence of our house, was truly impressive. I wholeheartedly endorse Westbury to anyone seeking to upgrade their doors and windows

We wanted some French doors to match the Westbury garden room constructed some years ago. From the point of enquiry to the completion of installation, the process couldn't have been easier. The sales team took such an interest in the job they even asked us if we wanted keys to match the doors in the garden room, something we hadn't even thought of.

We used Westbury recommended fitters and, again, Westbury liaised with them to ensure that delivery and installation was coordinated. The fitters turned up on schedule, did a great job and left the site clean and tidy.

What more is there to say? The product isn't cheap but in my experience you get what you pay for!

We were blown away by our replacement doors and windows arriving. Having visited the warehouse and seen how they are made, I still couldn’t get over the quality of the item. From the builders, the fitters and just most people that visit our house - everyone has a complement to pay. The team were helpful throughout, and any issues were fixed quickly and without question. We love our Wooden doors!

Really great quality door and windows plus very professional and considerate installation. All of the people we dealt with at Westbury including the delivery driver filled us with confidence.

Westbury have consistently demonstrated quality. From the moment we first contacted the team they delivered a first class service. Westbury products are superb and delighted with the windows and door.
