When finding wet shaving needs west Coast shaving is good, and product was well received in good shape. however customer service is less than knowledgeable on shipping, returning phone calls and updating wait list items. in this instance it was made very clear the shipping address was a business and had to be delivered during business hours, however no other shipping options were offered except fed-ex home. When this was discovered, called Fed-Ex and they stated that all the shipper had to do was change the address to home address and delivery would be guaranteed. I called WCS and they argued that delivery did not occur on Saturdays, however they would call. they indicated they could not change the address, so I did with Fed Ex to a Hold location. WCS also told me that FED-Ex told them it would not be delivered on Saturday, although 3 Fed Ex employees verified a Saturday Delivery. Low and behold it was delivered on Saturday, and had to drive 30+ miles to the Fed ex location to pick up the items. It seems as if WCS customer Services needs additional training in shipping procedures and how to handle them. Also those staff members need to review orders for special requests and handing information.

I received my order very quickly, especially given that I'm on the other side of the country. I haven't had enough time to use the shaving brush to fully evaluate it, but it seems good so far. I bought a small Omega 11047 and a travel tube for it. They both seem like exactly what I was looking for in travel shaving gear.

Purchased Simpsons luxury shaving cream and razors variety pack. Great price and reasonable shipping rates. Did received order and shipping confirmation which was beyond there control. Called them to see if there was a delay in shipping and a trouble get getting in touch with them. This was before Labor Day. Managed to get them on the phone after the holiday. Overall good experience. Highly recommend the Simpsons shaving cream.
