I am fairly new to the wet shave scene and I am graduating from the "starter" kit items. I needed a brush to replace the kit one whose bristles were winding up on my face. This one is reasonably priced and received great reviews. It is a bit stiff now, but hopefully will soften over use. It picks up a good lather. This was delivered quickly and a tracking number was given. Great experience, thank you.

After ordering Bay Rum from another web site provider who couldn't deliver I found Bay Rum on West Coast Shaving. I bought this for my boyfriend and I love the smell (oh he likes it too). Delivery just took a few days and I'm so happy with my purchase.

I was watching a t.v. show called I want that' when I saw this product. My wife said no way would it work. I bought it anyway and Wow what a great idea.Perfect cut, nice and straight.....We love it ! Thank you for a great idea and product. I now will call my son and spread the word !!!

What you see is not necessarily what you get - even when they seem to go out of their way to specify a very particular version, or run of an item. Take nothing for granted and ask befor you buy. Also, when I went back to make sure of what I'd ordered (since it was not what I'd received) I saw that I'd apparently made the mistake of placing an order for 10 packs of "10 each" totaling 100, when there was a separate listing elsewhere for ordering 1 pack/group of "100 each". I paid 40% more for this oversight. Again, double check & then verify here.

My first two lines refer to the fact that the image of the item you show, may not be what you are actually selling - something I explained in our email exchange after the sale. BTW, I did not ask to participate in this review process - you asked me. So far as the refund, had I been looking for a refund I'd have pursued it in the aforementioned email exchange, not here. Tell me how you'd like to handle it, and I will happily refund your refund.

I routinely order razor blades and creams. Recently ordered a brush. Always fast delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

I love this site they have some really great products and at great prices. Shopping and purchasing items is very easy and clear. I had great communication from them both when they receive the order and when they ship the order. Overall I highly recommend them.

My only problems were that since I qualified for free shipping I was not able to choose the method of shipping and was not indicated to me what method of shipping was being used either. This is important to me because not all companies will deliver to my house. The company that was used, turned out to be USPS. They delivered my package to the wrong place and it is only because my neighbor was honest that I got the products. As USPS would not answer their phone and talk to me about this problem even after many many attempts. This is of course in no way West Coast Shaving's fault. But I thought it was worth a mention so that they could be made aware of the issue.

Towel Steamer is just the right size. Small enough to fit on a bath counter. Heats quickly make sure you use the metal tongs very hot. Penhaligon's shaving tube is a little expensive but worth it in my opinion. Two times the cream and you use less because it lathers up better.
